    Samsung dishwasher

    Sam He was very quick to figure out the problem, now I have a new machine again. Great service. I am very satisfied!

    Dishwasher repair

    Rahul was on time and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He found the problem and fixed without any issues.

    Warranty repair for an LG fridge leaking door

    Dhiren was the one that came for this repair. Showed up within the expected time window. We demonstrated the leak in our fridge and he instantly knew what to do. The repair was done within 5 minutes. Very professional. The problem has not re-occurred.

    LG electric range

    Sam came to repair my electric range, he fixed the top oven last week, & the digital panel was loose so he had to order some parts, he came back after a week, I’m glad that he was able to fix it. Everything works fine now. Thank you!

    Fridge repair

    The technician Rahul came to fix our fridge, he did great job, I am really happy with his service. I highly recommend his service to my friends and family.

    REFRIGERATOR SERVICE

    VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK CARLOS DID. HE EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND CORRECTED IT. HE ALSO POINTED OUT A SPOT THAT NEEDED LOOKING AT, AND FIXED THAT AS WELL.

    Horrible experience even worse customer service

    Horrible experience and even worse customer service! Technician worked on original issue and created an even bigger issue. Company would not admit it was their doing and has stated this issue is non related and a coincidence. It's funny that my machine worked almost perfect before the technician came with a slight leak and now doesn't work at all. ARS is refusing to send a technician to resolve an issue in which they themselves created.

    service call on my dryer, it wasn't working.

    The technician called me first and we finalized a time for him to come, he was easy to work with. I already knew the problem but he had further suggestions and was very helpful.
