    LG washing machine repair

    My new L G washing machine approx five years old made a screeching sound when spinning. I called L G and told them about my problem. I had extended warranty but parts and labour not covered. Go figure this out. I was told to log o. To LGoutofwarranty.com and for a flat rate I will get the problem fixed. The technician replaced the water pump.

    Washer repair

    First tech came out said it was a clutch motor, second tech came to install, said it wasnt, wanted another $600, waisted our weeks with no machine , had a different company fix the issue for $80, poor knowledge , poor support, poor follow up, poor customer service, I wont recommend this company to anyone, be aware

    Fridge repair

    We have been without a fridge for a week and a half. A tech has already attended our home and claimed he fixed the issue but failed to do so. Requested a new tech to come back out and was just informed that they will not be back to our home for multiple days to come. We have lost groceries due to this issue and are not satisfied with the service what so ever.

    Bad Service and No respect for client !

    I regret calling this place. I had a problem with my new dryer and after service they told me I needed a new blower. This cost me almost 500 dollars + service cost. When is time to install the part, their technician call me saying he doesn't have the necessary tool to open my dryer. How did he open my dryer at first place? When I questioned him, he told me he was doing me a FAVOR. I call the manager and she basically told me the same. No respect for clients!

    Samsung Induction Range

    I had the motor replaced 5 months ago....the part was 98.00 and the labour 330.00 for 15 minutes that it took him to replace it. It broke again and they say the warranty is only 30 days for parts and 90 days for labour. They say that they will waive the service fee if you use them for the repair but they incorporated it into it somehow. I called them because they were recommended by Samsung for repairs. That's the other issue Never buy a Samsung appliance 2nd one with never ending repairs.

    Refrigerator repair

    I would recommend this company to any one specially technician Julian. If I have any work to be done I will hire this company.

    options mis-represented

    I am very displeased by the service from ARS. When I called them to look at my broken washing machine I was told that it could be fixed and if the parts ordered could not fix the machine they would take the parts back and refund my money for those parts. What the repair person didn't say was that I only had 30 days to exercise this option. As this was an ongoing situation and they were out on multiple occasions the decision to scrap my machine and get a new one was extended beyond the 30 days. I feel that my options were mis-represented and I am extremely unhappy as the $500.00 that I gave them is now going towards a machine that will be scrapped.

    Dishwasher Repair

    This was a job that was under warranty, therefore we didn't have to pay for the service. The repair person attended our home initially to appraise what needed to be done/what was wrong with the dishwasher - it was determined that the pump had stopped working. A new pump was required, but before that could be attended to - the repair person noticed that the piping that hooked up our relatively new dishwasher was not correct and advised that we should get a plumber first. After the plumber changed the pipe, and we notified ARS Repair and Installation, within a week the repair was completed. This particular repair person was very professional, courteous and informative. I would certainly say hire this firm to repair your appliance!

    Youtube and litter

    They charged us $140 for the technician to come in and use YouTube to diagnose our washer. Then when the technician left he threw his Tim Hortons garbage on our front lawn. I called to complain and they refused to refund us! Absolutely ridiculous, I would rather throw the entire appliance out and buy a new one then to ever have to deal with this company again.

    Dishwasher repair

    Do not use! Wrecked floor send unqualified technician. Edited to reply to ARS response: Our outstanding balance will not come close to paying for the repair to our floor our balance is under 2-300 and it is a minimum 600 to repair if we are lucky (so we are out a damaged floor and have to pay extra to pay for it). As per the cover He did not use any protection, he laid it on the bare floor on its side (exposed screws/steel), hence why it scratched, Your response is kind of an unbelievable response really and a mistruth (do not use please, floor damaged from technician, they met with managers and decided not to pay for the repairs) ARS came to repair dishwasher, after technician started tearing apart the dishwasher they said they do not work on the Bosch dishwashers, he was very young and had to call out a few times to diagnose the dishwasher, looked very new, and from running a company myself, I do not send out people that are not fully trained. He took out the dishwasher and scratched our floor badly. They reviewed our file and decided they were not going to pay for repairs on our floor, they were awful to deal with, and have just decided not to pay for their damages to our floors.
