    Washer/dryer problems

    It was judged that repairs would be almost as expensive as buying new appliances. I asked his opinion on makes to buy/avoid, was very helpful. Yours was the 4th business I called but the only one to answer the phone. Service visit was prompt

    Refrigerator Repair

    Rahul from ARS came to my home to repair my refrigerator he was on time and very professional. He found the problem and took time to explain it to us. Then he did a temporary repair and ordered new parts. On his return a week later he fixed every thing but had us look and test his repair. This was to make sure we were satisfied, which we were. We would give this company a 5 out of 5. Dave

    Dishwasher repair

    Carlos was friendly, punctual and knowledeable.. He gave me options and approx costs associated with each. He fixed the dishwasher:)

    Dryer repair

    The work performed by Rahul was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly and helpful. The issue was resolved quickly with a detailed explanation! Thank you!

    Samsung oven

    Sam did a very professional assessment on my appliance. Hopefully the part needed will still available, so he can come back to do the repair.

    Dryer samsumg

    Rahul friendly and on time person, very professional fixed and explained how to use the machine and how to load and don’t overload

    Samsung fridge

    The technician Rahul came to my house to fix my fridge, he was very quick in diagnostic and fixed it. Very happy with the service

    Washing machine repair

    I just had our washing machine repaired by ARS and I highly recommend them! After calling to book an appointment, I received an email to confirm the appointment and then was also given a link to be able to track the arrival of the technician assigned to our repair - perks I hadn’t anticipated, but very much appreciated! Our washing machine required two visits because it needed a new part that was not in stock at the time of the first visit. We had the same technician for both visits, which I appreciated. Our technician Rahul was punctual, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed our machine! I had previously used a different company for appliance repair, but our LG machine could only be repaired by an LG-authorized repair company, which is why I used ARS. Having been so impressed by ARS’s service, I will be using them now for all our appliance repairs going forward.

    Samsung oven

    Sam is great guy. He is polite and knowledgeable. He is explained to me what happened and every single step he is going to do. He came on time and fix my Machine effectively. He is good staff. I will recommend him and his company for sure.
