    LG fridge

    Washer repair

    I was very impressed with the excellent customer service provided the tech Rahul. He was very prompt on arrival and he fixed the problem very quickly and explained about some of the things. I am very happy as every thing is working fine.

    Dishwasher leak

    Sam was very thorough and checked everything in the dishwasher. Turned out the problem was a manufacturer problem. Thanks for getting the problem solved.

    Appliance Repair

    Rahul from ARS was over today to do a repair on our refrigerator. He was very polite, clean, courteous and above all knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call ARS back for appliance repairs.

    Dishwasher repair

    Rahul was great very friendly. arrived at the beginning of the hours scheduled. Fixed the dishwasher and kept the area as clean as it was when he arrived.

    Repair control board on washing machine

    Carlos quickly identified the problem and had a replacement board available. Not satisfied with fixing the immediate problem, he checked further to see if there were other issues an found a faulty hot water valve which he was also able to replace right away. Had he not taken the extra step, there is little doubt we would have had to call him back at some point in the future. Also, Carlos was very friendly and informative regarding the problems and explained them in a way that was easily undertandable. Definitely want him back if we run into other problems

    Washing machine repair

    The washing machine would become unbalanced and turn off periodically . There was also a knocking noise and the door lock would not work at times too.

    Samsung washer

    Sam came on time. He is polite and finish the job efficient. I will recommend him.

    Samsung dishwasher

    Sam very nice guy came on time did a great job thanks. He also gives lots of good advice about how to use the machine properly.
