    Dishwasher

    Rahul came on time and did good work. We,ll see the result when we use the dishwasher .

    Samsung washer repair

    Sam was on time and very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my machine. He was friendly and nice to work with. Another company had said I needed a new machine, but Sam found an alternate solution. Would use this company again.

    Fixed fridge

    Great work Rahul, thanks for fixing our fridge so quickly. Very friendly gentleman, I would say!

    Samsung microwave

    Washing machine repair.

    The repairman was familiar with the type of machine, had the parts on hand and did the repair quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and punctual as well as informative, and the whole experience was excellent.

    broken refrigerator

    I contacted ARS because of comments on Homestars. Jonathan, the tech arrived when expected and diagnosed the problem quickly.Unfortunately I had to wait over the week end for the part to be delivered but Jonathan came back and installed the thermostat quickly. This company really seems to be customer oriented and I will call them again when the need arises for other appliances
