    Samsung washer

    Sam was very friendly and could explain to us what the problems were and how he fixed them, and even helped us how to keep our machine safe afterwards. Very efficient too. We are very satisfied with his work and are hoping to call him again in the future.

    Dryer repair

    Hailey is very well trained for a good customer service. She is calm and at pace in doing her job. I will surely recommend her and ars for my friends.

    Sam is kind and nice. He is also knowlegable to explain the issue. He came to see the washer on time. Great work. He aslo give give me lots of advise. Thank you for him.

    Wasging machine repair

    Halie was wonderful; very informative and helpful. My issue was with residue left on dark clothing so no part was 'broken' but Halie called LG and informed them of the issue. I've been instructed to use less soap, but am a bit doubtful about LG's advice. However, I will try it and see. But I would certainly call this repair company again and request Halie.

    LG fridge
