    Samsung washer

    Washing machine service call

    They were quick to send someone out the very next day and the service was great. Unfortunately my washing machine wasn’t worth fixing but I was thoroughly informed as to what was wrong and what it would take to fix it if I wanted to go that route. I was also given some suggestions on what to replace it with. Very friendly and prompt service!

    Washing machine repair

    Someone came to repair my washing machine and he was very good. He was friendly, on time and new exactly what to do.

    Washer issue

    Carlos was very professional and thorough. It turned out that a replacement part wasn’t necessary but he had to troubleshoot in order to know this. He explained the pros and cons of tackling the problem this way and tried to answer all of my questions with helpful suggestions. I would not hesitate to rely on ARS again in the future for any of our appliance needs and in particular will be requesting Carlos.

    Kudos

    Just want to give a shout out to your service Guy Chris. I dont know his last name but he lives in Bomanville ON. This guys is awesome ( You guys need to hire more people like him).. He is so attentive to what he does and never leaves without a good word being said. The guy have been to my home on Four (4) occasions to try and fix my LG Fridge not sure why Four times ( And this is waht makes him amazing). As I honestly believe someone else after a couple of visits would of said forget it.. But No he kept coming back as he had to make sure whatever the issue was he had to get it resolved ( So patient also). Finally today on his 5th visit he did what he had to get done for the customer and get them to replace our fridge. Chris you are wonderful keep up the good work and Hats off to you my friend. I wish you all the success in the world.. Glenda.
