    Washing machine

    Machine was emitting a burning rubber smell. Diagnosed a drum problem and explained the repair options. Sam was very helpful in explaining the problem and taking care of the service call.

    Samsung Refrigerator

    Rahul the technician was very polite and professional when he first approached me when he entered the house and went to the fridge he idintified the problem within 10minutes good job.

    Dryer repair

    Washer

    Rahul - quick and fast service. Very efficient and resolved the problem easily. Kind individual and Excellent communication. He was able to fix the problem and made sure there was no mess.

    Samsung Range

    Raul came to fix the range and he explained me everything and answered all my questions. He was well qualified and educated and satisfied me to the best of his knowledge. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him in future if I need any work. Thanks.

    Service

    Our fridge stopped working there was no light, no power and nothing running. They came within 4 hours for a service call. Just before the service person arrived the fridge kicked back in but it was still good to have him come and check it out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to family and friends.

    Samsung washer (Sam)

    Sam, attended on time, polite and respectful. Inquired as to the problem and began a methodical diagnostic check. Upon review, an issue identified and arrangements made to facilitate repairs once parts are available.
