    Dacor Oven Broiler Repair

    We have a Dacor duel fuel oven that the broiler had quit working and scheduled a service call with ARS. The process was simple, a 3 hour window was set and an update was sent prior to the technician arriving. The technician sent, Natalino was courteous and respectful, given the pandemic conditions. He was quick to diagnose the issue and order the required parts before leaving. The return visit to install the new ignitor was the same as the first visit. Natalino was very efficient and professional when completing the repair. We have dealt with ARS a few times and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Samsung fridge repair

    We were so pleased with our repair man from ARS. He arrived promptly, he wore a mask while in our home and was very patient with the process of repairing our fridge. It took a while for him to defrost everything but remain professional and patient. We were very grateful for his service.

    LG - LRFXS2503S Fridge

    LG Fridge failed April 24. A. ARS advises they will have a tech on-site between 1-4PM April 28. Tech calls around 3PM, claims he was busy and did not want to take another call. He also claimed that is was the compressor. Odd that if he could diagnose from the truck but lack the foresight to place one on it . May 6 Compressor is available, booked between 5-8 pm. NO Show ARS claims lack of confirmation. Unable to advise when they could return. LGs ability to produce a dismal product is only outdone by their ability to select a useless service provider.

    Incompetent technician and worse service

    Our refrigerator has stopped cooling. A technician from ARS Repair and Installation was sent for repair. It has taken 7-8 weeks, the technician came 3 times and charged us $486. But up till now • The technician is still unable to identify the cause to the issue . • We have to pay his labors and pay for the wrong parts • The technician is no rush to fix the fridge and just made the money per visit. We think this technician is incompetent and asked 2nd opinion but ARS refused to send other technicians. It took 2 months and $486 was paid , our fridge still does not work. I do not recommend ARS to anyone at all

    Samsung Refrigerator Repair

    Our Samsung fridge was collecting water at the bottom of the fridge compartment and food was freezing and spoiling. I found ARS as a recommended repair service on the Samsung Website. Making an appointment was easy and business-like to a fault. The appointment remindets were automated phone calls but when the first appointment has to be re-scheduled (because the assigned repair person had been injured), the call to reschedule was in person and apologetic. The technician who came was exceedingly professional. He recognized the problem immediately and quoted $525 to replace a whole panel of components at the back of the fridge. He had come prepared with the required part in his truck. In the end however he was able to get away with doing some repair to the existing parts and only had to replace some components. The final charge was $375. He was also able help us get the ice maker working. We were extremely satisfied with ARS and will use them again.

    Not use them

    One word: Don’t use their services. I got their number from Samsung CS dept. So I called them for my dishwasher service and they said the technician can come very next day. So I was Happy that they can come and fix the issue quickly. The technician (Adrees or whatever his name was) had a very poor and unprofessional attitude. Just after 5 minutes without opening the dishwasher, he suggested to buy a new one. Since the dishwasher has one issue which was the "Normal light" was blinking. But when he again placed my dishwasher with screws, then suddenly “all lights” were blinking. He was not able to diagnose what’s the issue with the dishwasher First he said there is a drainage issue, then he said may be front panel issue then he said we may need to change the main circuit board. On the top he said, even if we do this, I am not sure it will fix your problem. I was confused, if you are not sure that this will fix issue, then what the point of doing that repairs... that was hilarious.. I mean after all this even the technician don’t know what’s happening... and don’t how to resolve the issue. When I had to pay the service call fees, he said he forgot his machine in my car and asked me come down from my condo building to his car so he doesn’t have to come again - which I politely declined. May be their all technician are not like that but the person who came to my place was very Very unprofessional and had Zero knowledge regarding the dishwasher. They are just there to take your hard earned money ... I would never ever recommend to anyone.

    Samsung dishwasher

    Excellent job fixing my Samsung dishwasher. Very professional. Other company was not able to fix it. The technician was very thorough and took a lot of care when working on the dishwashing machine

    Fridge/Freezer water leak

    I’ve used this company twice now — first Samsung washer, today Kitchenaid Fridge. The technicians in both cases were polite, helpful, and explained the problems. The cost for this second (out of warranty) service was very reasonable. I also appreciate the “track the technician” service they provide, so you’re able to better estimate the actual arrival time. The repair didn’t go without issue, though, so the technician has to come back. I have to wait another week due to scheduling.

    ARS APPLIANCE REPAIR

    Technician was very professional. Nikolai did his job very professionally. Prompt scheduling of appointment and informed at every stage updates on parts. Technician was very clear of what needed to be done.

    Misrepresentation and price gouging

    Hired to replace washer drain pump which cost $80. Insisted I needed 2 service people because washer/dryer is stackable and dryer would have to be lifted off at $120./ per person to replace part. Dryer did not need need to be lifted off, second worker did nothing. Took 45 minutes to replace part. Total cost over $500. Misrepresentation and price gouging during lock down. Despicable!
