    Fridge repair

    their technician checked on the fridge on Dec 21 2020, the estimate was approximately $1378.60, we paid 50% at that time, then we never heard from them until Feb 24, 2021. they called and said they cant fine the parts and will cancel the job but will not refund 100% of what we paid. they ill charge us $150 for a job that was never done. their customer service are very rude and unprofessional. they kept us without fridge for more than 2 months, and now they are saying they cant fix it and will not refund us 100% of our deposit, very bad bad company with lots of fake reviews online.

    Repair on LG fridge

    William made it on schedule despite very poor conditions, located the issue quickly and had a repair unit available. Work was quickly completed and in under two hours I have a working fridge again. Parts were still under warranty so only paid for the service call. Very happy with the service I received.

    Fridge Repair

    Peter was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though it took some time to order the parts from Samsung, but I am glad everything is resolved in the end. Would recommend!

    LG Fridge Repair.

    I have a problem with my fridge. The compressor is dead. The repair men arrived on time. They replaced a new compressor. They did a very good job. I would recommend this service.

    Appliance Repair

    The tech that arrived to service my fridge was friendly and professional, and efficiently diagnosed the issue. The best part was they had the part on hand and was able to complete the repair in one visit. The tracking system in order to see where in line you are for that days service calls is a very helpful feature which allowed me to minimize the time spent waiting for the technician to arrive. Overall, I would highly recommend ARS.

    All went well

    We had a simple repair and it went well. The use of technology to advise when the repair person is going to arrive was appreciated and important to us. I would recommend ARS as a reliable company.

    Samsung Fridge repair

    We had an issue with our Samsung fridge with the water not draining out and ice forming in the chiller tray and at the back of the fridge. We reached out to Samsung Canada who referred us to ARS. ARS promptly scheduled an appointment for a technician to come to fix the issue. Andre, the Technician, arrived as scheduled, explained us the reason of the issue and suggested the repair plan. He completed the work efficiently and the issue is resolved now. Andre also shared some tips to keep the fridge working efficiently. Very happy with his and ARS' service. Great job!!

    Amazing Service - Washing Machine Repair

    The service was absolutely amazing. I had previously called another tech repair company and they took over a month to tell me that they couldn’t fix my washing machine and that I would have to buy a new one. I called ARS and within 5 days my washing machine was fixed. All parts replaced. Their speedy service is outstanding, but also great pricing for the superb quality of work! I’m beyond happy.

    They took our money and ran

    We had Ars Repair Service in to replace the gasket on our front loading washer in mid-October 2020. They didn’t have the gasket in stock and said they’d have to order it. This is not an exotic machine, its a Maytag Washer. They billed me for the service call and I had to pay for the gasket in advance. Total was $289. It has now been three months. I called them today. They don’t have the gasket in stock and will let me know when it is expected. Buyer beware.

    LG Washing machine repair

    The technician visited was on time and very professional. He was very patient in listening to the issues we had. He did a great job and our washer was back on working in no time. It's also great that we got to book/confirm appointment online and via automated phone call. Highly recommend!
