    LG dishwasher

    I got the dishwasher repaired by Dhiren and he’s very professional guy, he changed one parts for my machine. Now it works like a new machine. I completely satisfied with the service from ARS.

    In warranty washing machine repair.

    Rahul and Sam completed the drum replacement on my less than 2yr old Samsung washing machine. They were courteous and friendly and I would not hesitate to have them perform other appliance repairs should the need arise. ARS has excellent customer service and the ability to track the technician’s arrival is superb.

    Repair of dryer

    Technician was very polite, professional and arrived on time! He explained the problem, provided a quote upfront and quietly went about fixing the dryer.

    Dryer

    Rahul and Sam are friendly when they came. They were accommodating when I request them to take their shoes off due to snow outside. They both work efficiently and well.

    Dryer

    Repair of dryer. Squeaky noise when running. Tech fixed the issue. Tested dryer and it worked well.

    Fridge repair by Ronald

    Ronald came prepared, proceeded to be replace my compressor in a timely manner, kept his work space clean. And in addition was well mannered and polite.
