    Samsung washer

    Rahul is a very nice technician, coming on time and doing a great job. He is very patient, checked the machine carefully and fixed it!

    Washer

    The washer pump needed to be replace. It's not an easy job to replace. LG pump located inside the unit had to remove top front and find the pump not an easy job for your average person to do. But the service was top notch he was able to get it working again.

    Dishwasher

    Dhiren did an excellent work fixing dishwasher and replacing broken parts. Happy with the work done

    Dishwasher Repairs

    Washing machine

    The repair person came. He didn’t look at the machine. He said it was the plug it was plugged into and that there had been a power surge. The plug as a Reset button. He clumsy checked the power to the plug of the machine and left. He didn’t do anything. No other appliance was affected by this “so called” power surge. The machine is less than 6 months old and has done this twice. I am disappointed with LG and the awkward way of making an appointment and that they didn’t send their representative.

    Samsung range

    Rahul arrived 10 mins early to the appointment and was very professional. He was able to correct the problem very quickly with several recomendations for future care of our stove. We would welcome Rahul amd ARS back for any service with our samsung range.

    Rahul He is kind and well mannered also very helpful with showing you how to do the washing. He knows exactly what he does with repairs he finishes is job in no time. Thanks

    Range repair

    Dhiren came and replaced the cooling fan and control board. He was professional and thorough in his work. It was frustrating for everyone that the parts were not immediately available.
