    Dryer

    Jonathan came to do the side venting on my Samsung dryer and did a great job, I am very happy. I had called Samsung to get a referral for a company who could do the side venting on my dryer and this was the company they told me to call. I felt safer calling someone that the manufacture named rather than someone out of the phone book. The first service person who came and just looked to see the parts needed was very insistent that I write a review when he was there, I did but afterwards have since updated my review which is of Jonathan the service person who did the work on my dryer. My suggestion is that no matter how insistent the service person is wait to write a review after the original work is done, you might have someone different coming back to do the work.

    Refrigerator repair

    Ronald, our service agent, replaced the mother board on our LG cafe style refrigerator. We were very pleased with his work.

    Laundry/Dryer repair

    We had a squeak in our dryer, that quickly turned into a much louder screech... ARS came to the house next day, during a two hour window! Repair man even called prior to arrival to let us know he was on his way! He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part in the truck. The dryer was fixed properly and efficiently. We are very happy with how easy this process was, from start to finish!

    Fridge repair

    Faulty ice maker was causing problems with the main refrigeration system. Quickly diagnosed and repaired after replacement parts obtained. Jonathon provided excellent service.

    LG Washer repair

    Rahul was very knowlegeable and curtious. Arrived on schedule when he said he would. Will not hesitate to use them again.

    Kitchen fan

    Repair to washing machine.

    The technician ,Dhiren, arrived on time and was very pleasant. He fixed the drain issue which was due to a clog in the filter. He showed me how to check it moving forward which is quite easy and I really appreciated this.
