    Dishwasher

    Very knowledgeable. Very nice. Was able to fix our propblem quickly. Payment was easy. Timing was prompt.

    Dryer inspection

    Updating. Rep was adamant about a review before he left. Also tried a little after sale advice that wasn’t given given until after sale was complete. I double checked that the unit was indeed old and the replacement par t hard to come by so that was honest. He let me know where I could source the part on my own after telling me it wasn’t worth sourcing as the company could not get it. I’m sure advice was honest but not great tactics on the experience.
