    Washer repair

    ARS was able to send a technician out very quickly. And the repair was done in an hour.

    Dishwasher wouldn’t frain

    He was very nice and did job well but I felt the price was too expensive to just clean the drain hose

    Great service, good information. A pleasure.

    Frustrated by retailer and manufacturer, but ARS (authorized by manufacturer) came to our home and resolved the issue quickly, explaining clearly what the issue was. We would not hesitate to use ARS Repair & Installation for any appliances that need repair.

    fridge repair

    My particular fridge is known to have an issue with drainage and freezing, and ultimately, cracks in the interior beyond repair. Peter was thorough in his explanation (I had the same problem a few years under warranty), and did a great job to fix it for now, and also tell me how to delay the problem from getting worse too fast. At least I can get as much life from it as possible. He was neat with his work and respectful of my home. The service cost was very reasonable. ARS is also great with communication, from the first phone call to assess the issue, to confirming the visit, and follow up communication. This is becoming more rare these days.

    Dryer repair.

    Carlos the service repair gentleman was prompt, he explained everything was doing. He was very through he tested the dryer before leaving. Great service. Would recommend him and his company to everyone. Thank you

    Dryer, timer

    Service call. Everything explained. Part to be ordered put in the system. Phone call as part received and would be installed 6 days from initial visit. Great service. Very professional and friendly.

    Fridge repair, water on floor

    Carlos came yesterday to fix the drain on our 10 year old fridge as we had water on the floor. He did the repair job in an efficient manner, taking care of our fridge, the contents, and the floor. He was friendly, answering my questions and in explaining what he had to do. He is a good repairman for your firm.
