    Dryer maintenance

    Repaired the duct venting the dryer to the exterior, cleaned the duct and inspected the machines general operations

    Washing machine repair

    Our tech, Carlos was wonderful. He kept us informed of his arrival time, showed up when he said he would, clearly explained the potential problems and estimated costs so we could make an educated decision on how to proceed. His initial suggestion was spot on and solved the problem. The bill was clear explained and the total cost was very fair. Overall, Carlos was polite, very customer focused and a great repair guy! A huge thank you Carlos for saving the day!!!

    Fridge

    Repairman replaced the pan and drain hose. He was excellent and a very good ambassador for your company.

    Dishwasher repair

    Fantastic service. Arrived earlier than expected. Was very polite and friendly and showed me a few different things as he was doing his job, that could help me in the future. Will definitely call in the future should I need something repaired.

    the pump had stopped draining the washer and he had to replace pump in the washer

    dishwasher reair

    My dishwasher needed repair. The tech arrived exactly when he said he would. He checked out my dishwasher and found the problem. He was very polite and left no mess what so ever. Although I did not go ahead with the repair because of the age of the machine I was still very satisfied. Buy this man a coffee!

    Dishwasher repair

    Carlos was the service technician who arrived to fix the leak in my dishwasher. He was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He provided me a quote for the work that needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had about the repair. I would certainly recommend Carlos to others looking for a professional, personable service technician.
