    fridge was not cooling, freezer was ok but fridge food needed to be placed in cooler with ice; ARS sent a technician out the very next day after I had called them

    -very timely arrival -ARS technician Carlos Corriea celled me and said he would be arriving in 15 min...this did happen -he asked the history of the fridge, when the problems begun to prompt a service call-all explained to Carlos -he promptly set about to dismantle the area housing the defrost thermostat and coils..wow, it was quite a job for Carlos to defrost coils; he checked if the fan was working post defrost (thankfully, it was!) He then checked ti compressor- all good... he then established fridge was now cooling given the replacement of the the defunct defrost thermostat with a new defrost thermostat -he explained every step , gave me info on when to expect fridge would be ready to receive refrigerated foods and answered my questions -Carlos advised me keep an eye on the cooling perspective of my fridge over the next few days, and to recall ARS if any priblems -his work was excellent and his expertise was impressive

    Fridge repair

    Provided detailed assessment and promptly fixed problem. Polite and professional service. Explanation of problem was given in detail and a call back number was given if further issues were to arise.

    Oven repair

    Work was fast and efficient. He was friendly and answered all my questions clearly. Got the part fast

    Kenmore Elite Refrigerator water system repair

    I was able to book the appointment on-line. Repair man was a bit late but very pleasant and helpful. He ordered parts from his phone and all billing was done buy phone/internet. No paper forms, which was convenient and shows the company is using latest technology. Parts and installation appointment went as planned. Water system and ice maker are back to normal.

    Fridge repair

    The technician was courtious and got right to the point explaining the problem and what part needed to be replaced. Knowledgeable and worked quickly. Very satisfied with the results. Saved us having to get a new fridge. Would definitely recommend.

    Dishwasher repair

    The technician replaced broken valve, and then checked to see if the dishwasher works properly. Very knowledgeable.

    Washing machine service call

    Spin cycle not working. Machine not under waranty. Discussed cost of doing repairs . Decided just to pay for a service call . Carlos was very professional - clearly presented all the options.

    Compressor repair

    David the technician was very pleasant and we were very impressed with his promptness and communication throughout our repair. He provided us updates and came in with his shoes covered which is always much appreciated. He called before hand to say he was coming early and If that would be ok. His communication with us was outstanding. Would highly recommend this company and David the technician that complete out job in a timely manner.

    Ice dispensing unit on fridge

    Seal to prevent frost and ice buildup,on the ice making unit part,also the water was tasting bad,after the repair was done water is tasting great

    Washer problem

    We had a water leak with our newly installed washer. The first company which the manufacturer called in refused because it was a stacked unit. A.R S. reacted completely differently with reassuring phone calls and e-mails. They arrived when they said they would and dealt with our problem in an efficient and effective manner. Full explanations were given and the service technian made sure that we were happy and that everything was O.K. before leaving. From now on A.R.S. will be the first and only call we will make.
