    Dishwasher repair

    Too successful?

    I called because my LG washing machine was broken. Very few places repair LG appliances. I had to wait over two weeks to get an appointment. The repairman was very nice and we had to order a part to complete the repair. The part was in stock and I was assured it would be available the next day. I called for a follow up appointment that day, and was told they will not book a follow up appointments until the part is in. I told them I didn't want to wait a long time for another appointment, as we had no dishwasher and wanted to secure an appointment time for this week. They refused to make the appointment. By the time the part was in, there were no more bookings available for new appointments that week, so I had to wait another week with no dishwasher. It's been over three weeks since I called and we still have no functional dishwasher.

    Dryer repairs

    Carlos was on time and repairs completed as outlined in the quote. Dryer works fine now and should be good for a number of years to come now.

    LG French Door Fridge compressor failure

    He came onsite and replaced the compressor with no issues, very friendly no mess on our clean floors and even put the fridge back into the cabinetry. Very good service.

    LG fridge repair.

    David did a great job. He explained the issues and resolved the problem quickly. He was friendly, kept the work area clean and was courteous to me and the dog.

    Fixing our LG Dishwasher

    Dave was very helpful at fixing our dishwasher today. Our dishwasher was literally stuck in our kitchen cabinet but he kept at it until the job was done, taken apart and fixed the issue!!! Thanks a million Dave!!!!

    LG FRIDGE LFD22786ST Repair Assessment

    Service tech, David, was on-time and did thorough diagnostic testing of my malfunctioning LG fridge and freezer. He had to order parts and will return to complete the job. Overall, he was very professional and clearly explained the problems to me. Thank you!
