    Dishwasher repair

    Repaired my dishwasher, was receiving the i30 message. Ordered a new part. Took longer than I was anticipating but oh well. Good job either way

    Appliance Repair- Refrigerator

    Carlos took the time to explain the issue and was very thourough. he not only repaired the issue causing the problem but also took the time to return our fridge to like new condition.

    Repair diswasher

    It was done over 2 visits. The technician was respectful. Explained everything he was very polite. Felt comfortable with having him in my home. Heappears to have fixed the issue. Up front about costs and process

    Washer

    David came checked my appliance guided me on what needed to be done helped me understand the situation came back fixed the appliance and stayed until it was 100% completed I am grateful thnx

    Refrigerator malfunction

    My old Kenmore was failing to keep cool. Carlos told me all tips to not overload freeze. Also make sure doors always closed/seals. Took time to check compressor stared and all fans functioning. Very courteous polite and informative. I will certainly call Carlos_ARS for any future repairs

    Fridge repair

    Freezer and fridge temperatures were too high. There were a couple of options. Carlos checked a couple of things and waited to see if his first choice option (the more reasonable price) worked. After it was looking like the first option was working, he gave us suggestions on how to proceed related to food in the fridge and freezer over the next few days - - - to be sure that everything was good. And it is good.

    dishwasher repair

    Carlos was very professional and thorough and gave us well-explained options between repair and replacement. We went for repair and are pleased that we did.

    Washer repair

    Carlos called prior to the visit, was competent at completing the repair, had the parts available in the truck, and took the time to answer questions. He tested the washer to ensure no leaks, and cleaned up the water that had leaked inside the washer. He was careful to ensure I understood the charges associated with the parts and labour.

    Cloth dryer repair

    Carlos was great and knew what he was doing. He went the extra mile by making sure the filter vent and and vent going to outside was lint free on my cloth dryer. Thanks Carlos

    Fridge Service

    The service went quick and smoothly. The Technician David was nice and very professional. I am very satisfied with his service and I would definitely recommend ARS to anyone I know
