We just had our service completed, the service setup was through the on-line chat followed up by excellent service through Lee your technician. The on-line chat setup for the repair was very timely and responsive. Lee arrived within 2 hours. He completed a refrigerator repair and then came back as planned with a part to repair our washer. Very pleasant and he fully understood my frustration with the multiple repairs needed on this unit. He said it was not normal for this many failures to happen. Avoid LG dishwashers!Answer from pro:
