    LG glass stove top replacement

    Gentleman was very courteous, took shoes off in the home! Did great job, took old part, cleaned up & took garbage with him when he left! Thank you Ernie

    LG washing machine

    Evgeny was polite, professional and impressive. I can’t say enough kind words about his ability and his professionalism. He was on time and his pleasant demeanour is so delightful. I will not hesitate to call on his service again.

    Very unhappy customer

    Horrible experience! Terrible customer service!! I spoke with a woman named Amy who promised to call me back and try to assess the situation by either reimbursing me or replacing a part. She continuously eluded my phone call and never returned my calls. Stay away from these crooks....they take your money and hide

    Whirlpool Dryer Repair

    Great company! Just had a very friendly and knowledgeable ARS technician fix my Dryer that was not heating up. Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the blown fuse on the Dryer. I would highly recommend ARS to my family amd friends.

    should have read the reviews first

    Never again. LG shame on you. Told window was 9-1, nobody came. Called, told 2 computer systems, actual 2-5, nobody came. 6:30pm got call from technician, 7:30pm showed up, spent less than 5 minutes, said I need a new washer. Nice guy yes, but $120 full price + tax for that? Called them the next morning, sorry sir, price is $120, I am not authorized to reduce, I'll talk to my manager. Now I know who to call next time, not you.

    $$$$$.V tricky accounting office

    Technician was v good and capable. Part ordered for one appliance. $290 charged for it. Part never came I ordered directly from US for u der $100 came in under a week. ARS never refunded even after repeated calla. ‘We don’t have a record of it’. Right KEEP A WRITTEN RECORD IF ANY CHARGES OR QUERY ABOUT CHARGES. DO EMAIL FOLLOW UP NOT PHONE CALL FOLLOW UPS. THEY ARE EITHER INTENTIONALLY TRICKY OR HAVE INADEQUATE FILE TRACKING CAPABILITIES

    Don't Bother Unless You Want a Headache

    Awful customer service and poor at diagnosing problems with our GE oven that keeps on turning itself off. Been promised to speak to a manager since October 2017 (now February 2018) and still waiting. Have now reported them to BBB. Diagnosed a control board to fix oven that was turning off. Guess what, oven still turns off. Wants us to pay over $400 more for another repair which 'might' fix the oven. Customer Service from head office is incompetent at best. STAY AWAY!

    Dish washer repair

    Called for 7E code on my Samsung. Came for first visit and only waited for 15 mins in cycle and said there was no issue, code came back that night after 25 mins into cycle. Called back for them to come back.They cancelled appointment 4 times, been without dishwasher for 3 weeks waiting for them to come back. Finally got their manager " Amy" to agree to a refund. Waiting for refund. Look for a different company!!

    LG washing machine

    Repair men were very helpful and informative about the repair. Machine works well now. They offered to clean behind the washer where I could not reach which I also appreciated.
