    Poor Quality of Service and Dishonest Staff

    I received wrong diagnosis and repair on my Samsung fridge, had to always call to book all follow-ups and never got a full refund as promised. Never use Appliances Repair Service again, very unprofessional.

    Dishwasher repair

    The repairman did a great job fixing my dishwasher. He spent a little extra time now so he wouldn't need to come back another time.

    dryer repaire same day

    the technician l EVGANY did a terrific job . He was polite, pleasant and competent . I did appreciate that he had the parts ready for my dryer in his truck on the very first service call. I appreciated the company sending the technician the same day he solved the problem-- the dryer works! I would recommend ARS.

    Repair of Samsung Dryer

    Poor customer service. Changed the time/date of the visit with little notice. Double charged credit card. Would not refund. Would not give me the name of someone in the accounting department or the name of the owner. Rep said it was a private company and their names were private.

    Refrigerator repair

    Crap quality. 4 hours late (I had to call multiple times for update). Tech spent 10 minutes, didn't even look at evaporator or interior fans, didn't check the front display panel for errors and generally didn't do his job but jumped immediately to the conclusion that it's a "slow Freon leak" and requested $180 to start looking for the leak. After that, the repair is supposedly $1,000. "Amy" from "customer service" called the next day to offer 10% off labour on the repair, but nothing off the initial service call and nothing off the service to look for the Freon leak. It's a Samsung fridge that's less than 2 years old and hasn't been moved.

    Washer Repair

    After a lengthy negotiation & multiple phone calls, we have come to an acceptable agreement for a credit. There are many appliance repair companies in your local area, call around and read their reviews before you make the call.

    Dryer repair

    He was very polite, efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. I am pleased with the work.

    Washer

    Even though the problem could not be resolved, Carlos did all that he could to repair the machine and when that could not be done , supplied me with options regarding getting the part to repair it. He has worked on my appliances before and always is courteous and caring and takes the time to explain the situation to allow me to make a decision.

    Washing machine made a weird noise

    The tech. came and checked what the problem was with my washing machine and gave me his recommendation on what would be the best thing to do. He worked very efficient and was honest and even trustworthy. I would have him service any of my appliances again without hesitation.
