    Regridgerator repair

    I inquired about an appointment online after hours. I was contacted first thing in the morning the next day and was booked for a same day service. My technician, Carlos, was very professional and did excellent work. He also took the time to explain everything that he was doing and how all parts of a refrigerator function together. Prices were reasonable.

    Replacement of gasket on refrigerator door

    Performed in a timely, courteous manner. Product knowledge was excellent. Would recommend ARS services highly.

    Waher repair

    This company deserves NEGATIVE stars. The entire experience was painful and there is a lack of professionalism in how they handle matter. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I paid for a washer part that came was promised a 5 business day arrival and over four weeks for it to arrive, only for them to say it was not the correct issue. I still had to pay for their "service call" which would only be justified if their service had been courteous. The technician was courteous but their back office staff is a NIGHTMARE. I called everyday for 3 weeks and no one could give me an estimated shipment arrival date and agents would tell me they would call me back and NEVER did. I had at least THREE different agents do this to me. Eventually they would also just directly transfer me to the manager because they wouldn't want to deal with me (which is so rude!). Even when speaking to the manager, she sounded like she was reading a script and did not seem professional. Not empathetic at all and was giving me attitude the entire time. When I was promised a refund (for the part that basically NEVER worked) that they said was going to be automatic, I called in two weeks (because I hate calling them at this point) to confirm it went through because I did not notice on the credit card. They had the nerve to tell me "No we do not automatically process this you need to give me a card" in the rudest tone possible. How is this my fault for believing in what your other employees said? PLEASE consider reviewing your management and employee attitudes.

    dishwasher repair

    Dishwasher stopped working. Repairman found the problem and got it working. Unfortunately, problem may return and parts to fix it are very expensive.

    Fridge repair

    Temp up and down . Freezer fan frosted over. Thawed out and tested defrost control. Tested and replaced

    Fridge repair

    The repair technician was extremely friendly and courteous, both in the home and on the phone. He took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the component being replaced and general maintenance concerns with bothe fridge and freezer appliances. Much better service than if I had to deal with the original store where the appliances were purchased.

    Dishwasher repair

    Dishwasher making loud noise Technician found small plastic piece in drain pump and removed it. To have found this It required the entire machine to be dis installed and then reinstalled This was done carefully, efficiently and cleanly. I am very satisfied
