    Clothes washer repair

    Water discharge pump needed replacement as well as the door gasket. The service person was friendly, informative and did a great job.

    Fridge Repair

    Tech called ahead to advise on ETA, professional and friendly, knowledgeable about the repair, included me on the repair process (discussed preventative maintenance and showed me what was wrong), left the work site clean.

    Dryer repair.

    Very knowledgeable serviceman. As well as repairing the dryer he also showed us how to properly clean lint channels and maintain them. Replaced needed parts and explained the reason for the problem to us. We are happy with the cost of the repair, much cheaper than replacing it.

    Dishwasher repair

    Carlos was a great repair guy. He understood the situation and did everything possible to keep the price down. He stayed in touch so I knew when I could expect him.

    Dishwasher repair

    Technician looked it over and we determined it was time to get a new machine. He was very good at explaining the issues and very quickly put together a quote for the parts.

    Dishwasher repair

    Fast, efficient and friendly service. My dishwasher was not working, Carlos diagnosed the issue quickly and provided options should the need arise. I'd recommend Carlos to anyone in need of a repair man in the future. The service was excellent overall.

    Clothes washing machine

    Carlos did a check up, service call - on our Kenmore Heavy Duty Washing machine that we love. He guided me (a 63 year old self professed techno- moron) how to watch for possible upcoming water valve issues, sensor issues, motor issues and offered some safety precautions to take to avoid water /flooding risk. Money well spent!!
