Thought we had it fixed on first visit but problem came back. On second visit (approx. 2 weeks later) two service men apeared ay my door. Their colaborative efforts finally fixed the problem after about one hour. I have monitored the drip tray regularly for over 24 hours now and there is no dripping whatsoever.

The repair man Carlos showed up early and was very pleasant to deal with and the repair was completed ...... I was advised the part itself was $96, the repair man was here for 1 hr 45 minutes and the labour charge was $225.00 which works out to $128.57/hour which I feel was outrageous. I contacted ARS and questioned them about the hourly rate and they did not respond back. I would not call them again.

Replaced pump. Technician took time to explain procedure, explained the cost involved. Very polite, informative and professional.

I'm really appreciate the service. The tech Jonathan, did a very good job. He took time to find out the problem and fixed it. I will definitely recommend this service if anyone has appliances issues.

First piece of advice: do not buy LG appliances, as we have since learned from several sources. LG parts are only available through their list of repair people, you cannot hire any repair person you want, and therefore you are stuck with who they send out. Our LG fridge is only 2 years old and the compressor blew - apparently a common issue. LG told us it would be a month before one of their approved technicians could repair it. We complained and they were able to get someone out sooner, from ARS. LG charged us $250 to buy a flat fee warranty for ARS to do the repair work, because parts were covered but labour was not. This repair company has multiple websites (www.arsrepair.ca, www.appliancesrepairservice.ca, etc). Their technician was Peter, and he destroyed our wood floor by not putting anything down to protect it when he moved the fridge - repeatedly. He also appears to have punctured the floor and tried to put filler down to cover it up, which we didn't discover right away. He apologized profusely at the time for causing the 3-foot long gouges in our 2 year old floor, but we still needed to try to get it repaired. Communicating with ARS after the fact has been very unpleasant and unprofessional. We were asked to provide photos of the damage, then nobody got back to us, then I was told it was being reviewed by the "technical department". I finally had a discussion with Noah, who said we should have our contractor give us a quote on replacing those floorboards that they could show to their contractor, but warned me we "weren't going to get a new kitchen out of this", which is not what we were asking. After my conversation with Noah, Peter the technician called us directly and now claimed that he did not cause the damage, that it was already there. Then he changed his story again and said he had told us that moving the fridge would damage the floor, which makes no sense. Any professional repair person would have put down a protector (as we do by using a rug before moving our fridge) and it would have been fine. Do not ever use this company.

I called ARS for dishwasher leakage. I told them the problem as well that drainage pipe is broken. The guy came and was complaining about the hole for drainage pipe that it is not at right place. I asked him whether he can fix the issue but he said he can't do it (even though it was a small task). When he tried to close the valve, the valve started leaking and he could not even fix the valve. I had to call plumber at the same time in emergency so that whatever he is fixing I can at least check the dishwasher fix. Plumber was very helpful and did all the work perfectly. I paid ARS guy $200 just to change the pipe nothing else where he gave me so much trouble. I am giving rating of 1 because they do LG appliance which others doesn't do.

was efficient, check entire washer out. Cost more than thought for a gasket. Probably could have bought a new washer for not much more $ but was selling & needed repair pronto.

After 1 month, 2 visits and at least 4 phone calls, was told that repair could not be done and refund as promised not possible...seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with. Hinges on oven needed replacing; tech ordered and then said didn't fit' he didn't even remove oven door?... would never ever use

made an appointment for 12-3 2.45 called was told by receptionist she would call tech and call me back no call i called 3.45 oh sorry tech did not call me back i will try again ok i'll hold she picks up and yes i reached tech he will be there in 1 to 2 hours I said I wish to speak to her supervisor enter Rog , totally unhelpful , Tech arrived 5.30-6.00 cant fix need hose , i offer to go to home depot he say s no too late I say will you be back in a.m. no you must phone in and they are now closed 6.00am i go to home depot and buy hose call Rog he says did you pay tech i said no ,i will pay when job is done they said cost would be 300.00 plus tax i had another company do the job took 25 minutes and cost $109.00 plus tax be aware of this company

I stayed home all day - appointment was between 9 and 1. No phone call to say he would be late. Finally arrived at 4:30 pm. Repair tech was polite and thorough.
