The technician was very kind, respecful and knowledgeable of what it was needed. He changed a part and I got hot water 2 hours later. No charge because the water heater is Reliance property.

It was quick and easy to get an appointment, work was completed in a timely manner, with great and thorough care, and lots of good communication throughout the process. Muhammad did our work, and was a complete professional and really took the extra time to ensure everything was take care of. I would recommend him and Climax to anyone.

Made a call to Climax and explained that I was in need of a new water heater and that I needed help in assessing my options. They patiently took down my information and advised me that a technician would be contacting me. Mo called me shortly after and made arrangements to take a look. Upon review of the existing set up and conditions, Mo was able to clearly outline what my options were, and he briefly explained how each could be executed with no sales push. I appreciated that Mo was an experienced tech and not just a salesman, as he was able to answer all my technical questions which allowed me to make an informed decision. Climax's price was fair and so it only made sense that I would choose them. Mo and his helper Reza made quick work of the installation. I took the opportunity to again pick Mo's brain but this time on other HVAC issues. I will definitely be giving Climax a call again when the need arises.

I had a great experience with Moe. I called in for a quote, and the next day Moe showed up and supplied a competitive quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. We booked an appointment for the next week. He showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner, exactly to specifications. He went the extra mile to ensure some "out of the ordinary work" was done as well. I highly recommend him.

Hot-water heater started acting up and we were quite desperate to get it fixed before weekend. Sam was quite busy when we called but tried to help over the phone. Since problem was more serious, he came Friday evening, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was prompt, polite and explained everything he did. We are extremely pleased with his service and will continue using Climax in the future. Highest recommendations!

Did a few call for independent contractors around Toronto, and they come out to be outstanding in terms of professionalism among other things: 1. Called them and MOE gave me a call back to confirm visit the next day 2. He gave a detailed explanation and certainly not giving me salestalk but only technical advice to make the right decision 3. Price was competitive and was able to install the next day 4. Installation was prompt, clean, quick (3 hrs), removed my rental AC and placed in my garage. 5. Moe knows his stuff and has good customer PR. Extra service on the install like better pad and proper spacing of the condesing unit. Will highly recommend Moe/Climax. If my furnace breaks down, they are my go-to guys now. Thank you.

From the initial call climax air was one of the greatest companies I’ve ever talk to. They gave us great service great suggestions on what to do with her 10-year-old leaking air conditioner. After further discussions with them we decided to go ahead and replace it with the new two-ton Amana air conditioner. They quickly came the next day replaced it in two hours and we’re back up and running our house was cool and the new one was so much quieter. I would definitely recommend climax air as your HVAC contractor to anyone looking to get furniture is she done in the GTA.
