This morning our old water heater (installed in 2004) gave out, and we found ourselves without any hot water in the house. We had replaced the thermocouple on this unit a few years ago, and believed it could be the same issue again. We called Climax in the morning and Sam answered our call. Within 30 minutes, he was at our house looking at our water heater to see if it could be repaired. After trying to replacing the thermocouple again and a deeper inspection, Sam told us that the unit was beyond repair and gave us some options for a replacement. His pricing and quote for a new water heater & installation was very fair and reasonable. An hour later, Sam and Ali were back at our house with a brand new water heater, and got to work. They replaced our water heater in a very knowledgeable, detailed and professional way. Once finished, they cleaned up and left the area of work in the way it was found. Both Ali and Sam were polite, friendly and answered all our questions throughout the time of this project. Thank you Sam and Ali for helping replace our water heater quickly, professionally and with care. I would highly recommend Sam, Ali and the Climax team for your heating and cooling needs.

Sam arrive within the allotted time and was polite and quick to solve the problem. He gave recommendations and explained the problem. Clean and quick service, very impressed with this company. Sam was a perfect gentleman.

Furnace service call for no heat. Quick google search found Climax Heating & Air Conditioning. Sam came to diagnose. Seized ventor motor. He came back with parts (under manufacturer warranty). It's fixed. Done with and simple.

I was not even sure who to contact, I found Climax Heating & Air Conditioning, read all the reviews and thought I would give them a call. They came out when scheduled, gave me an estimate. They returned later in the week to do the job. They had originally quoted me a price, but when the job was completed they had deducted money off the quote, stated that it did not take as long as they originally projected. I would use this company again, they are honest, prompt, and did a great job installing my vents.

We had an unexpected issue with our hot water tank recently and I called Sam based on the many positive reviews online. I knew what the issue was (it needed a new part) and while other companies wanted to charge me for a diagnostic visit regardless, Sam reassured me that there was no need and he could simply bring the necessary part to install, saving me the cost of an extra visit. He then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through a few tests I could do to troubleshoot in the meantime (something he could have easily charged for) before recommending a different solution altogether. This ultimately saved my husband and I a substantial amount of money even though it cost Sam our business. He very clearly had our best interest at heart and helped us so much without ever even meeting us. We would highly recommend Sam for his knowledge, honesty and reliability.

Our furnace died overnight. Sam showed up within 90 minutes of the call. He remembered me from when he last helped with our AC over a year ago. Sam identified and resolved the issue quickly and effectively. Always a pleasure to work with him and would recommend his services without reservation.
