A broken air conditioner in the midst of a heat wave is no fun. He came to our house the same day and quickly fixed the problem. He also provided us with info about replacing our unit in the future. We’ll definitely use their service again.

Our 10 year old air conditioning unit found to be not working. Decided to try Climax Air for repair options. No regrets. Sam returned my call within an hour on a Saturday of a hot long weekend. We met the next day and he explained our options. We decided on a new unit. By Thursday we had the new unit installed. The installer Ben and his helper were very competent, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was able to increase our airflow by correcting a problem from the original installation. We were very satisfied with the cost and the overall process and the end result. The small delays that occurred were met with sincere apologies and explanations from Sam. We were impressed that he was always available and returned calls promptly.

Sam came to our house within 2 hours of calling to come and fix our air conditioning. It was an easy fix for him but he went above and beyond to ensure that our air conditioner would continue to work. Thanks Sam!

Sam from Climax called within 10 mins of posting the job and he was at the house by 6 that evening. He asked me to do a couple of easy things (turn on AC) , and he got to work, figured out the problem within 5 mins, fixed it and was on his way. I can't believe how profession, focused and helpful he was (he gave me 2-3 pointers on extending the life of the AC unit). I recommend Climax and Sam - full stop - 10/10. On a side note I'd been through about 45 mins on the phone with one of the big guys who was trying to sell me a yearly protection package and an up front fee that just made no sense. Thank goodness for HomeStars I'm so happy I found Climax AC and of course Sam THE MAN. They'll get all our heating and cooling work for our home from now on.

On the same day of my request Mr. Sam came within my time constraints. He recognized the problem and fixed it and recommended a new unit. As the weather was extremely hot, I requested urgent service on Saturday. Saturday morning the installation crew was working. They finished leaving a very clean space. Very decent service, accurate time scheduling and overall extreme professionalism. Excellent job.

Despite his busy schedule, Sam accommodated us and was very apologetic for the delay. He did a thorough job and was very helpful. He was very polite, pleasant and answered all of my questions. I would call on him again for our furnace and a/c maintenance service.

Refrigerant needed filling. Sam came and did the job quickly. He gave me a quote for the repair work and the approximate cost of a new a/c system. I really appreciated the fact that he didn’t pressure me in buying a new air conditioning system.
