I was about to leave for a trip with only my mother being home, and our furnace stopped working. I did not want my mother to have to worry about a broken furnace while I was away, so it was a bit of an emergency. I called Sam late at night and he set-up an appointment for the very next day. As he arrived, he was very courteous and respectful. He inspected the problem, and it turned out to be a burnt out motherboard. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me the solution and explained what could have caused the issue. He was very knowledgeable and experienced, and I am glad I went to him for my repair.

Called on Saturday night and they were here on time on Sunday - fast, friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again

My A/C unit had died and needed to be diagnosed and fixed. I was very happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment on the weekend and have it diagnosed and fixed within an hour.

My furnace broke down, and I called Climax Air Conditioning first thing in the morning. Within a couple of hours, Sam came round to assess the situation. He identified the problem, found the right part, and got things working again quickly. Not only that, but he checked the warranty, found that we were two months inside the expiry date, and made sure that we did not have to pay the $1300 plus tax for the defective part. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. Unlike many service people, Sam always let me know when he was coming to the house, and always arrived on time. Highly recommended.
