From the initial conversation with Philip, everything seemed super organized! Bailey and Jacob showed up right on time, and were incredibly professional and polite. All smiles and ready to take on the work at hand. We work from home, and could barely even tell they were coming in and out, as they were very cautious to not create too much noise. They were incredibly clear to ensure we understood what they needed to do, and listened to our concerns and addressed them all! They went well above, helping us identify where some little critters were getting into the vents, and helped with ensuring this was taken care of while they were here. We definitely felt we were in good hands, and will definitely be enlisting their services again in the future!!!Answer from pro:

Needed to have our home ducts cleaned and chose Ductwise based on their excellent reviews and a recommendation from a good neighbour. I want to recognize the great service I received from Ductwise. The crew that arrived (Jake and Will) were punctual, respectful, very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all my questions. They meticulously prepared our home before starting to clean and I was very pleased with the quality of their workmanship. And surprise, what they quoted was exactly what I paid. The gentlemen who cleaned our ducts were polite, professional, and very informative about the process and the upkeep of our ducts/ ventilation system. We got a quote online, no sales calls. Online quote, and we called to book. Quoted price was what we paid. Felt very comfortable using ductwise. And would definitely use them again.Answer from pro:

They communicated in advance what to expect (when, how long the service would take, how much it would cost etc) and then met every expectation they set which seems to be getting more and more rare within the service industry! Was very happy with the quality of work they provided taking the time to show pictures of before and after and left my furnace room cleaner than they found it. Would highly recommend their service. My experience with Ductwise was very pleasant. Phil was extremely polite and took the time to explain every step of the process to us. They were also reasonable and on time.
