    Duct Cleaning

    Phil was very good about walking us through the process. He was vey knowledgeable and willing to share the information. Phil and his assistant Bailey were both respectful of our home. Highly recommended!!!

    Professional Duct cleaning

    Professional, knowledgeable, competent, friendly! Phil took the time to explain the process, showing before and after pictures, recommended furnace filter for less for better air flow... still efficient. His assistant Bailey is conciencious and dedicated. Great teameork. Ductwise Cobourg is priced reasonably compared to other companies. Worth the investment. No hidden cost. Highly recommend Ductwise duct cleaning.

    Duct cleaning.

    This is the second time my family has used Ductwise, and will continue to recommend their team. They did an excellent job as they ensured it was done complete and properly. Honest and reliable.

    Thorough, professional and personable; the go-to for duct cleaning!

    This was my second cleaning provided by Ductwise, and they have a customer for as long as they service the area I live in! From the initial contact with Angela who was extremely personable and replied very quickly, to my phone call with Phil to confirm the service window, it felt like I was communicating with family (and not the kind that you leave out of your Holiday dinner plans). Phil & Bailey arrived, laid down drop cloths to the basement stairs, and the rest has already been explained time and time again by other reviewers. What I will point out is this: the level of service, honesty and integrity by the team is enough to make me wait for an available appointment window no matter the delay (due to their rapidly growing loyal customer base) than go elsewhere for my duct cleaning needs. I've happily referred them to countless other couples through my profession and will continue to do so as I would stake my reputation on their service. Thank you for another exemplary job!

    Cleaned all air ducts

    The owner explained what will be done, the tools he would be using, the noise it would make and also took before and after pictures. They are super friendly, extremely professional and explained things along the way. Phil showed me things about the furnace Which led me to getting something fixed which I didn’t know wasn’t working. Such a pleasure and such a clean job. I have had duct cleaning many times before but this was the cleanest and thorough job! I will never go anywhere else. So happy I found them!!!! Thanks Phil!!! See you in 2021

    Duct Cleaning in 60 year old home

    Called Ductwise for a quote and liked the price and time frame to do the job I was given. Set appointment for a few weeks in advance as it is their busy season. They did an amazing job. Both technicians were very friendly and professional. I was shown before and after pictures and the procedure was explained to me. The vents were very dirty. I had lived in the house for 9 years and Phil commented that he didn't think the vents had ever been done and the house is roughly 60 years old. I have a dog and 2 cats and we just purchased a new furnace in the summer so we wanted a fresh start. Little did I know the fresh start would include the buildup from when the house was built. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in a few years.

    Amazing Work from Phil & Jake!

    What an awesome job having Phil and Jake come into the house to clean the ducts! After some recent renovations and a few pets in the house, Phil showed us some great before and after photos, walked us through the whole process and explain/told us the upfront costs so there were no suprises! Looking forward to using the $20 coupon on my furnace in 2 years time with Ductwise! Thanks guys!

    Duct cleaning

    We recently had our kitchen renovated, lots of drywall dust, etc., also we had previously owned 2 elderly persian cats. We knew our air quality was poor. Wanted to improve it by cleaning the ducts.

    Duct cleaning

    The service began with a phone call the night before which I'd requested 5 weeks earlier, the caller was polite and very pleasant. Then right when they said they'd be there, 2 guys 'Jacob and Bailey" arrived with smiles, excellent manners and respect and proceeded to inspect the system which hadn't been cleaned in 25 years. They worked quickly but with care for our things, moving a bed to get at a duct I didn't even know was there. My questions were answered with knowledge, and made easily understood and they worked hard and nonstop until finished. They showed me photos of before and after, which blew my mind, WOW !!!, then added a lemon disinfectant. No more headaches at night. I thought this was going to be a pain, but these guys actually made it a pleasant experience and I could not be happier. Great job. 5 Star recommendation.

    Duct cleaning

    Phillip and Bailey were very professional and transparent from the moment they arrived. They explained to me everything they were doing and showed me several before and after pictures. The one thing that impressed me very much was how they worked well together and Phillip, who is the owner, was very kind and encouraging to Bailey who was learning he ropes. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.
