I submitted a request via Homestars and received a call from Philip shortly after. He explained what work will be done, how long it will take approximately and what the costs were, based on what I wanted done (Duct cleaning, sanitization, dryer vent cleaning). I did not feel pressured at all into booking with his company as he told me to think about it and call him back if I decide to book. I spoke with a few other competitors and received quotes as well but, decided to book with Ductwise as Philip was very thorough in explaining what work will be done and how much it will cost.
On the day of my appointment, Philip and his associate (Bailey) arrived 10 minutes early and they were friendly, professional and very respectful of my home. Philip explained every step of the way what they are doing as they were doing it. After the work was completed (approx. 1.5hrs), he went over the invoice and the total was exactly what he had quoted to me over the phone (as I had correctly counted the number of vents in the house when booking the appointment - so there were no additional costs).
The reason why I chose to book with Ductwise, was Philip's professionalism, honesty, knowledge, thoroughness and the fact that he provided me with before and after pictures of my vents so that I could see the difference (there was years of build up that was most likely preventing my HVAC system from functioning at it's full potential).
I would definitely recommend Ductwise and will definitely book with them again.
