Our daughter wanted only 1 thing for her birthday, after 4 years in her new t/house with cats & dogs and stuff builders are known for sweeping in to the heat ducts before they cover the floors, to have her duckwork cleaned. So the family & friends pooled their money and we called Duckwise. Ms.Kinsella who explained the costs and their procedure and after reading the posted reviews we booked them. The crew showed up ON TIME and did a great job and took $20. dollars of the quoted price as we didn't count the number of vents correctly. They could have choice to not tell us and charger the full amount and we wouldn't have been any wiser. THATS WHAT WE CALL HONEST PEOPLE. We live in Scarborough and had our ducks cleaned last year. Boy, did we get taken. It cost us over $400. Lesson learned, when it's time to do it again we know how to call D U C K W I S E.

Phil and Jacob were thorough, knowledgeable, punctual and tremendously helpful. I am breathing easier now. They even gave me tips on my furnace that I could not pay for. Price was great. YOU have my highest recommendation Ductwise.

We were considering having our ducts cleaned, but were unsure which of the many companies out there to chose from. A good friend recommended Ductwise. The call was made and a date and time was setup within the week based upon my availabilty. The eagerness to fit us in was impressive. Phil and Jacob showed up bang on time, the truck was immaculate inside and out, this to me demonstrated the proffesionalism and pride Ductwise has in their operation. Phil and Jacob wore clean uniforms and were highly respectful of my home and its contents as they installed their equipment through and in our home, in order to complete "The Job". They both worked diligently and effectively and soon had inspection view points opened up so we could actually see what it was they were removing. I was sick to my stomache at how bad our ducts were! Yikes! What I couldn't and wouldn't have believed is the before and after difference, how they could go from being sssoooo dirty to so clean. Ductwise process works and I mean really works! When Phil and Jacob left our home, other than our ducts being immaculately clean, you couldn't tell they had been. Any and all debris was cleaned up and removed. The care they took in our home was also reflected by the care they took in packing up of their own equipment, as Phil said we are only as good as the condition of the equipent being used, so yes it matters greatly to us! All in all a fantastic experience from the first phone call to the goodbyes. I hate spending hard earned money, especially when you can't see what you've spent it on persay. The flowrate of my furnace, air quality and the absence of dust is undeniable! I will not let them get that bad again. Thinking of getting your ducts cleaned? Then Ductwise is the company to go with! We had Phil and Jacob come out to clean out ductwork. Far more than impressed with the work they performed. They went above and beyond for us. I had Phil and Jacob come to clean our ducts in late August and was extremely impressed with their genuine personalities. Phil walked me through everything that he was doing and even showed me what was in my ducts before and after. Our house has a inlaw suite with a completely separate system that they did as well, and again was sure to show me everything. They are honest and didn't try to sell me unneeded expensive upgrades, now a days it is hard to find loyal and honest people. I will defiantly being using and recommending Phil in the future.

Duct Wise certainly have their 'ducts' in line when it comes to duct cleaning and air quality services. The market is saturated with companies that make claims that they offer above-average services. My suggestion is 'do your homework'. Although Duct Wise were not the lowest or highest priced company they certainly were competitive. We had our ducts cleaned once before by a company that had been in the market for years. We distinctively noticed a major difference working with an Independently-owned and operated firm. Both Technicians, Phil and Ben, were extremely personable and professional with how they approach their business. They were extremely knowledgeable about the service and product offerings and did not try to upsell us when it was not required. They walked us through the steps very thoroughly and made suggestions and recommendations that were in line with our needs. I really appreciated their genuine, honest approach to how they operated their business. We could not believe the end results and noticed a major difference from the last time we had our ducts cleaned by another company.
