The first time I called Mr. Rooter they sent Todd. I have been so satisfied with his service and workmanship that I now always request him. He is most punctual and knowledgeable and is extremely pleasant to deal with and is the best plumber I have ever had do work for me. I would highly recommend him and his company. Also the office staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Very happy with Neil's service. He was friendly and presented me with the options I had in order to fix the issue. The service done was done in a timely manner which was great. I would recommend others to use Mr. Rooter based on Neil's service.

I recently had mr. Rooter out at my parents house for a leak under the kitchen sink. Nick Galati came and diagnosed the problem and communicating with me over the phone as I could not be there. it ended up being the old faucet my parents had was corroded and it had to be replaced. He was very thorough with his explanation, and I felt comfortable with nick doing the job and happy he did, as my parents were also happy because nick answered any questions they had. The cost of the job really ensures peace of mind when using this company as almost all jobs come with a 1 year warranty! Thank you mr. Rooter and thank you nick!

I was sceptical calling a big company because I assumed they would charge big prices. I had used a handyman before but the work was never the greatest. After calling Mr Rooter, the woman on the phone was polite and gave me a window of when I would be receiving service. Todd showed up to my house for a leaking shower. Fixed the shower the same visit, cleaned up after himself and my shower couldn’t be in any better shape. Price was reasonable and even got a one year warranty!

Erik came in to replace a corroded hot water pipe connecting to my washing machine in our basement. While I paid $350 for him to replace this and bring his materials and expertise and it was pricey no doubt about it - he was professional. That's what I was paying for was his knowledge and willingness to know his stuff and that he did! Great person, worker and he's humble! Definitely would go to him directly again! ~ Joe

Eric from mr. Rooters gave good explanation on reasons for changing valves. He has good understanding of job. However, prices are super high and Icouldnt get job with them. I can check for plumbers on kijiji and probably get in 1/ 3rd of this cost.

We wanted to install a hot water connection/mixing valve in our garage and contacted Mr. Rooter. Neil did a great job with the installation and gave us direction on how to effectively use. The unit works perfect! Thank you again Neil.

Anyways we had a plumbing problem and needed a quote on the kitchen taps and Ron Jackson of Mr rooter from North York came the first time and gave a quote and later that week came back and completed the job and replaced the tap and he did an excellent and thorough job and I definitely recommend Ron from Mr Rooter for any plumbing jobs period!!!!
