I called and Sean carter, Licensed plumber was honest and gave me options that were most economical. He stopped leaked, and never overcharged me and advised me best route. I would refer with confidence. Also helped me with hot water tank. Good guy :-)

Great experience. They gave me an arrival window and called to let me know the technician was on the way (even emailing me his pic before he arrived!). Nicolas Galati, the technician was at our home within 3 hours of our call. He was very helpful in providing a lot of information about how we can prevent the issue we had with our toilet. Thank you!

I called Mr. Rooter Toronto because I needed to have two toilets replaced. I specifically requested Chris because he had already done some work for me in the past. The appointment was made with no issues for the very next day. Chris arrived on time and replaced my toilets very efficiently. He also answered my many questions with patience which I very much appreciated!

I am a member of Mr. Rooter and had them over for inspection. The work to be done was replacing some taps, installing water pressure device, re routing the sump pump from sewer to garden (regulations). Chris Ford came over with his colleague to do it. He is very experienced, did exactly what we had agreed before hand. It turned out that our water pipe into our house was lead, and we could replace. When we decided to go with this Chris made sure it was done asap, the next day. All workers we had over were polite, and left everything behind in a very clean way. This was a very good experience, job well done!! Well for sure hire Mr Rooter again!

On a Saturday evening we realized we had a sewer backup in the basement. We called Mr. Router who advised us how to handle the situation temporarily, and then sent their technician Neil first thing on Sunday morning. He fully explained the cost and what he would do. He and his technician James gave us great service, cleaning out the drain, left no mess in the house. I am very impressed with Mr. Rooter's commitment to client service excellence on my plumbing emergency. I had a plugged bathroom sink for a little while and now the water was only stagnant. I called Mr Rooter's and they sent Eric Leite the following day. My experience with Mr. Rooter was a positive one from beginning to end. Eric arrived promptly and explained the issue to me before he started the job. He was very detailed and pleasant and he made sure all of my questions were answered before he began the job. He kept me informed along the way during his work and we went over everything again on his tablet before we wrapped things up. He gave me great advices for maintenance and he made sure he cleaned everything before he left. I am very happy with the services I got from Eric.
