I had a leak in my basement that appeared to be coming from some pipes behind the drywall. The leak would come from multiple areas which made it very difficult to determine the source of the issue. Grant from Mr. Rooter showed up and before cutting into any drywall did a full walk around. Grant figured out that the source of the issue was the tubing that ran up through the ceiling and into the icemaker of the fridge. Tubing was all replaced with new copper and the leak was gone. Service was prompt and very professional

The technician ANTHONY TRAPANI was very courteous and informative. He explained the pricing process so it was easy to Understand. He completed his assignment in timely fashion and providing detail of the installation. Would highly recommend him to anybody

Called because I had a leaky faucet outside and it had to be changed. Since it was 25 yrs old along with the one in the back, I changed both and they work like a charm now. Rick Phillips did the work and he was a very nice guy as he answered other questions that I had as well. Very patient guy! Thanks for that and for the quick and very neat job that you did.

My experience with Mr. Rooter was a positive one from beginning to end. Nic promptly arrived and clearly explained everything to me before he started the job. He was very thorough and pleasant and made sure any and all of my questions were answered. I called Mr. Rooter and a technician came over to my house the next day at the appointed time. I commend Anthony Trapani for his courteous manners and the quality of his work. This company may not be the cheapest around but its impeccable service is worth the cost. Highly recommended.

I am over the top happy with the prompt excellent service.from Laurie, the dispatcher to Brian, the plumber and his apprentice, Tommy. Amazing to have assistance within 3 hours for a leaky kitchen tap and great advice from Bryan in terms of need for replacement versus ordering parts. Faucet was replaced and a clogged sink taken care of as well. True professionals!

Initially a technician was to show up at 9 but there was a change in schedule and the dispatch from Mr Rooter called me and said they would send 'Jared' right away. He arrived shortly after neatly and professionally dressed, kind and approachable. He replaced my outdoor bib faucet in a few hours along with a new shut off valve-as mine had seized completely- as he had to leave briefly and get a missing part... but he was back after only 10 minutes.He completed an overall assessment of my plumbing complete with pictures and what he recommended. He also took the time to show me how to use my new shut off valve a couple of times...moreover the price he quoted initially did not change which was important since this was an unplanned expense. I had some recent parging work done and was worried that it might get damaged by the old bib pipe being removed... Jared took care not to ruin or crack the stucco on the parging and even added a cover plate around the pipe so it wouldn't look unsightly. Would use them again

I am very impressed with Mr. Rooter's commitment to client service excellence on my plumbing emergency call this afternoon (being a Sunday). I had a leaky washing machine shut off valve issue this afternoon and called Mr. Rooter at 1:30pm. The dispatcher (Susan) was very patient / understanding and apologised for not able to accommodate me on this Sunday afternoon since all their service technicians were extremely busy and swamped dealing with emergency issues. I was priority booked for Monday morning. When the leak became more serious, I called her back again at around 3:30pm and she was able to fit me in tentatively for Sunday evening (5 - 8pm time slot). She called me 1/2 hour later and said a technician is on his way within the hour. Sean showed up at around 4:30pm and efficiently remedied my shut off valve issue and left by 5:30pm. This type of prompt/responsive customer care is rare in the industry and I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Rooter. To top it off, they did not charge me extra for the emergency service call and I also received a discount on the project for being a "life time advantage member"!

We've had a leaky valve that has been causing us concern and trouble over a couple of years. I saw an advertisement for Mr. Rooter and called on a Sunday. They answered immediately and confirm an appointment for a day later - it was not an emergency situation. I received an email with the plumber's photo so I knew who to expect. They do not charge by the hour, so the plumber took the time to explain my options - He was kind and courteous. He fixed the leak and made other suggestions that can improve our bathroom to make it more efficient. I was charged a lot less than anticipated. We are so relieved and very happy.

Had Todd come in and take a look at a variety of issues and I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Had an issue with a couple fill valves and flappers in my toilets and he gave me an honest opinion (that would save me money in the long run) of replacing the toilet rather than fixing old toilets. He also informed me of work that was done by a previous plumber that is illegal and could be a hazard. I really appreciated this as he was not trying to commit me to some type of patch-type work and "reach for my wallet" to justify the house call on a Sunday. In fact, he ended up leaving and just providing me an estimate at NO COST...even more reason I'll ONLY use Mr. Rooter from now on.
