Our kitchen sink was clogged and our dishwasher hasn't worked for years. Mr Rooter, William, came out within 1 hr of my call. Super polite, friendly, very neat and clean professional service. He identified the cause of the problem and quickly addressed it. We'll need to reinstall the plumbing to fix a bigger problem next week, but William was able to get the sink to drain and took the time to explain his services, and sent the invoice directly to my email alongside all the photos he took for my future reference. Every once in awhile you find genuine, great service and I wanted to make a point of writing this review to share my positive experience!

I called at 7:40 AM Sat. and Mike showed up about 9 AM. He tried to unclog the pipe but the toilet was still rather sluggish. Next step was to remove the toilet and do a more extensive procedure to clear the drain. Miketold me after removing it that he really felt like the problem was in the bowl itself, not the line. I opted to have the toilet replaced rather than attempt further work on the line with the possibility I'd still need a new toilet. It took him about an hour to pick one up. It turned out that the tank was defective and he needed to return it and pick up another. He kept apologizing for the delay. I was just so happy to find someone to do this work on a Sat. it did not matter to me. Once it was installed he asked for a bucket of water with cleaner in it and a rag and he scrubbed the floor. The new toilet is working great. I was very happy with everything that was done.

Called Mr Rooter for service for drain blockage... they send someone in an hour...Alex arrive and assess the issue and clear the drain. Alex is professional and very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend Mr Rooter..

We highly recommend Mr. Router and technician Jared Hossack. Jared arrived on time, was professional and knowledgable. He explained what was needed and the cost. Jared unblocked the drain, and then cleaned up the work area. it was an exceptional customer experience for us. Thank you Mr. Router

After Installation, water is leaking through filter and technician suggested that he is not worry about this as this leaking will stop after sometimes once water pressure will stabilize. Water leaking is continuing till now but Mr. Rooter is refusing to fix it and to my surprise asking another $200 to fix. It is really unprofessional approach and very much disappointing and frustrating for the customer. Look like their approach to harass its customer by asking additional money. I have already paid $650, for this faulty installation.

I had a small water leak in bathroom. I have dealt with Mr. Rooter before. They answered my call quickly and sent the person the next day. he was able to locate and seal the leak without cutting a hole in the ceiling. Was glad with the response and service.

Mr. Rooter team is friendly and punctual. They solved our problem with care and patient. Both Anthony and Will work very hard and they are very knowledgeable. They are the only team I'll call if there's any future need. Great Job! Thank you!!

Mr Rooter technicians came and assessed the situation. They identified the issue and started the work. The block was cleared in 1-2 hours and they tested the work. We are very satisfied with work. Recommend these guys.

Good Morning,I wish to provide some feedback as a result of a service call performed yesterday, Feb.6/2017 at our home in Mississauga.I should also add that this is not the first time I have used your services over the past number of years. However, my wife and I both felt compelled to send off a note to say how pleased we were with Chris Ford and his professional, friendly and customer focused attitude. It started at the front door as we were greeted with a smile and a Rooter mat for protecting our floor and with special 'Booties" to go through the house.The job we needed completed may have seemed simple, but in fact was more challenging than first appearance. We had a water leak which ended up in our main level, (we own a two story home), which damaged part of our Den wall with no apparent plumbing issues from above the damaged area.However we do have a half bath located on the adjacent shared wall.At first it would seem a roofing issue, but once the investigation was done, it was confirmed to be a crack in our exhaust vent elbow pipe which runs from the main level 1/2 bath on the main level through the second floor walls and into the attic.where the pipe takes a 45 degree turn and runs along the attic to the outside vent pipe. The area space and location was difficult to access and even more difficult to get too. I am please to say Chris was able to replace the elbow and corrected the slant of the venting so that water /condensation can be properly inclined to avoid any future problems. This was no quick job, but the price quoted upfront was very competitive and did not change even after the additional time. As well, Chris spent time reviewing our overall plumbing 'health' of our home and answered many questions which was a bonus for us to ensure our safety and peace of mind and we never felt we were being rushed.Going forward, we went over our future plans to change some our existing fixtures and Chris was able to provide us an immediate quote, yet another bonus for us.In conclusion, when you read what Mr Rooter's values indicate: Respect, Integrity and Customer Focus which often are words, it is our experience that this is not just words but actions.We would recommend anyone looking for this high caliber service from one of the best, if not the best Plumbing Professionals available Michael and Brenda McDonald Mississauga, On.
