After some failed home trouble shooting, a call to Mr Rooter had a plumber to us a few hours later. Laith was able to diagnose the issue on the spot, make a few recommendations, present quote options, and then get right to work with the fix. He was very quick, clean, courteous and professional. The problem is fully solved. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr Rooter again.

Marek showed up when Mr Rooter said he would and got the job done fast and efficiently.

We have a double sink with sink strainer baskets that was draining very slowly and had a small leak in one strainer basket. Our own efforts to clear it actually made the problem worse, so we called Mr Rooter. They sent a plumber, Bob, the next day on the morning of Christmas Eve in -11C weather. I appreciate that he wore booties over his work shoes inside the house. After taking a look at the situation he warned us that the strainer baskets were very old and corroded and would break when he removed them to snake the drain. He gave us the quote up front and even gave us a discount for replacing the strainer baskets since he had to take them off anyway to work on the drain. Luckily, he had two new ones in his van! He snaked the drain for over an hour to get it clear. The new strainers appear to be good quality and there are no leaks after he was done. Mr rooter is always accommodating and is very helpful. Called on Christmas Eve in the morning and had a technician out within an hour. They moved their schedules around so that my plumbing needs (disfunctional toilet) were looked after ASAP! Appreciate this company, they are very prompt and reliable.

Bob and his coworker (didn't catch his name) were both amazing! Bob had done some work for us before and we were very happy with him. Both guys were great! They showed up on time, they were very friendly and the service was very quick and they took the time to ensure that there was no damage to our walls (ball valve needed to be replaced). We will definitely use them again!

Clogged kitchen sink turned out to be drain under basement floor clogged. Alfred & Marco did a good job initially identifying the culprit, then Todd came to help using the Hydrojet machine to get rid of the problem. Thank you all and Mr Rooter you guys are great!

Bob from Mr. Rooter came in to replace a kitchen sink and hookup a new sink in the bathroom. What looked like simple jobs became very complex. The kitchen sink we purchased did not fit. Bob was able to source a correct replacement from his suppliers (not a model common to stores). Bathroom vanity hookup required special tools to work with 1.25 inch pipes, no longer standard (50 year old home). Had I tried any of this myself, it would have been a mess. Bob and his assistant got it all done the same day. Results were great. I would choose Mr. Rooter, and Bob, again.

I discovered Mr. Rooter through HomeStars, I called on Mon. 22 Nov they send me the second day Andrew, he was very organized and wearing the mask all the time and clean first I show him the shower leaking and he recommended install of new shower cartige, but they have to order it if they can find it. Then I directed him to the powder room and explain about bad smell, imeditly he knew the reason and replace a new wax gasket of the toilet, I was so happy for fixing this problem of the bad smell. Then i wait 2 days to update me about the shower cartige, but no one call me. then I call them on Thursday to ask about the cartige, they say they will ask and let me know. I wait till Monday and call again, they say Andrew not in today, they will let him know tomorrow ( Tuseday), then i called them again on Tusday @10:30 ask them if they order the cartige, they say they will transfer my message to Andrew, after 5 min Andrew call me he say we couldn't find your shower model cartige. My point spending 1 week without updating me is waste of my time. there price are a little bit high but worth it . I recommend this company they are very good
