    Replacement of faucet and repair of toilet

    Bob, the service provider was pleasant and respectful. The faucet was replaced on the laundry tub, and repair was made to the toilet. The area was left clean and tidy. We were pleased with the work done.

    Replace kitchen faucet and shut-off valves

    I was very pleased with the service provided by technician Kris. He was punctual, courteous, professional, friendly. Quality of workmanship was excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr Rooter Plumbing of Mississauga from start to finish. Outstanding customer service, would definitely recommend.

    Plumbing noises

    The plumber from Mr Rooter arrived in time and clearly explained what the issue and provided a quote which clearly detailed the work. He was and was also able to do a quick fix there and then to ensure a toilet was flushing more efficiently.

    toilet clog

    Fantastic sent in quote, within 30 minutes got a call letting me know someone would be by between 2-5 that day 15 mintutes later got a second call saying Luke would be there within the hour. 20 minutes later, Luke had arrived, masked, gloved and with booties. within 15 minutes, toilet was unclogged and Luke provided some great advice. Great service and super nicepeople (including the ladies on the phone, sorry, i forget your names!) 100 % will use again

    Tap replacement

    On time very professional. Wore his mask at all times and gloves when doing job. Very curteous and knowledgable. I will use this vompany again for my kitchen tap. Thank-you

    Dishwasher install and replaced p trap

    Very impressed with the entire booking process to completion of the task. They call you 1hr before arrival, send a photo comfirmation of the tech whois coming, they tell you what's wrong with your plumbing and how it would be fixed. Straightforward billing with complete breakdown of the charges. Honest service. I would use again.

    Shut off valve not working. Water line outside in garage leaking.

    I have used Gold Medal Plumbing in the past and recommend them. The shut-off valve in the basement to the garage was not shutting off the water over the winter. The water line burst in the gargage. Adrian of Gold Metal Plumbing replaced the valve and fixed the leaking water lines. He was amazing. The service they provided was top notch. Adrian. (service technician) was extremely professional and friendly. He took his time to explain what was going on. Based on the things he had to do, he was quick and efficient. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

    Excellent Experience

    The fill valve failed on our toilet on a weekend. Mr. Rooter was able to arrange a visit from a plumber the same day to replace not only the fill valve but the main shut off valve which had seized and the supply line into the toilet. The plumber (Kris) arrived when he said he would. The work was done efficiently. The work area was left very clean. I am very happy with the work done and will call this company again should I ever need more plumbing work done.

    3 relatively small projects

    Three small jobs to be done: 1. Replace wall faucet in basement (I supplied the new faucet) 2. Install two shut-off valves on easy-to-access lines in the basement 3. Replace garbage disposal unit in the kitchen (I supplied the new unit). A representative had to come to my home before I could obtain a quote. Item 1: $258+; Item 2: $285; Item 3: $439 (excl. HST) Quality may be good but these prices are beyond belief

    Drainage pipes replaced under kitchen sink as well as as parts inside toilet tank.

    Luke was prompt and very professional, taking the time to explain everything fully. I thought the work was rather pricey but the job was well done. I'd highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing the job done right.
