Domenic and Todd were excellent. They were on time, friendly and helpful. They gave us the options available to us, without any pressure. I would strongly recommend Mr Rooter plumbing service to anyone.

I had water leakage from my ceiling today morning, I called Mr Rooters and Todd( technician) came over ,He was respectful,had good knowledge and he fixed my sink which was reason for my leakage I would recommend him for his good service

Anthony Trapani came out last night for a clogged kitchen sink and for some fitting repairs. He provided great service and was very knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone in the future.

Mike R. of Mr. Rooter arrived on time and was very polite, friendly and explained all of our options and made reccomendations for other improvements. We opted only to have the immediate work completed as the price was extremely high and was really labour only as he used parts we had supplied which were purchased at home depot. No one noticed that the drains came with rubber stoppers and chains which cannot be fitted to the taps that we had already installed so now we must either find another solution for a stopper or buy new drains with pop-up assembly stoppers wasting our expensive Mr. Rooter installation. Plumbing is crazy expensive and you can't afford to make a mistake. Too bad that Mike didn't notice that the stoppers wouldn't work, the tap was already installed and one would assume at these prices he would have checked that everything worked.

My plumber Todd was excellent. I found the pricing for the job to be too high. My issue is that headoffice wouldn't give me a pricing breakdown to understand their cost calculations. I would happily recommend Todd without hesitation.

Today I had Chris Ford and Will from Mr. Rooter come to fix problem of leaking from toilet. It turns out that the flange was too high and also not attached to the subfloor resulting in too much movement. The guys were able to install a new flange and secure it to the subfloor which solved the leaking . I was happy that they were able to solve the issue by doing this, as the alternative could have been to remove newly installed basement walls that I did not want. I am satisfied with the excellent work done by Chris and Will

My water shut-off valve broken and water started dripping, called Mr. rooter, they response my called immediately, their services was excellent, technician showed up my door on time as promised, the technician explained to me the problem he found and showed me the price system and all discounts promotion i am entitled, works was done in a timely manner, and Mr. Todd white also explained to me the detail of his work, his profession and services had demonstrated that this company is one of the top in the community, and I strongly recommend any one who has plumbing problem go with Mr. Rooter.

Hello!  I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know that we have a great experience with Dan, we were so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and how he consistently goes above and beyond.   We had plenty of trades through here when we did a huge reno and folks like Dan are hard to come by.  

We had to do some plumbing work when we moved to this house and Dan did the job efficiently and cleaned up. Yes for sure a ten out of ten!

My plumbing was backing up. It got so bad that it was coming out of the laundry room drain. Daniel K. Had it fixed and draining with in 45 min. He also cleaned up the mess on the floor in the laundry room (dirty water and food etc) I hope I never have a problem again but if I do I'm calling Mr Rooter and asking for Daniel K. Such a lovely and respectful young man.. thanks!!
