had a leaking copper pipe by the hot water machine. The service was great. They arrived at a good time, were very professional, clean, courteous, friendly, and polite. Explained to me what the problem was and how it possibly started.

I had a leak coming through my ceiling with no idea what could be causing it! I called Mr Rooter and they sent Dan. I was impressed how promptly they responded to my situation. Dan was friendly and explained to me the different things that could be occuring, was able to take care of the situation with out leaving too big of a mess. Overall I am pleased with the service and expertise.

Excellent service, arrived within a couple or hours of our call. Alex was very knowledgable and helpful. Our problem was not a plumbing issue, Alex helped us to identify what it could possibly be so we can get the right repair team in. Would highly recommend them and use them again should we need them.

100% Satisfied Amazing job! Our house had some previous faulty plumbing issues when we moved in. Anthony came over and made us feel at ease. He installed a new shower valve, face plate and handle. After already having multiple people try and fix our issue before calling Mr Rooter, Anthony diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to begin working on it. It was a time consuming and messy job but you could hardly tell. He didn’t leave a single mess and the work was done professionally, with quality, care and attention to detail. After being at our house for over 4 hours, Anthony took the time after the job to do a full courtesy home inspection of our plumbing and took time to explain to me the inner workings of our home’s plumbing. I learned so much! Skip the middle man and hire this company – they warrantee their work but most of all provide confidence and ease that the workmanship is done RIGHT. Anthony went above and beyond the expectations and requirements of the job he was hired for. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend anyone to choose Mr Rooter for your job, big or small. Our condo is 15 years old and had the standard multi-turn shutoff valves for faucets and toilets that were leaking and/or frozen. They were all replaced in one day including the main shutoff by the water meter. I am impressed by the polite and neat technician. It is very obvious that he cares about the quality of his work, and he triple checked to make absolutely sure there were no leaks before he left. Now I don't need to be concerned about plumbing leaks when we're on vacation. Thanks Mr. Rooter !

Anthony Trapani, from Mr Rooter Mississauga arrived on time, business card in hand and gave me a firm price up front. He performed his job in a very professional and considerate manner, taking time to keep the work space clean (not easy in a tiny kitchen). I am impressed with the service as it is everything that Mr Rooter advertises. He kindly gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. I would recommend and call Mr Rooter again in the future.

I am VERY satisfied with the recent services provided by Mr. Rooter - Mississauga from making the appointment to services performed by the technician (Sean). I had a potential issue with "moist" insulation in my attic and required a professional opinion whether the plumbing vent pipe could've been cracked. Sean arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. He was not able to diagnose the problem without proper tools. However, he did called in a professional water damage restoration company ("Restoration 1") for a consultation (free of charge). Luckily there was no water damages as tested. Sean then performed a complimentary inspection of all my major plumbing components as part of the "Mr. Rooter Advantage Membership Plan" and highlighted various areas for improvement and some valuable recommendations for simple DIY fixes. I will definitely engage Mr. Rooter to change my Main Water Shut-Off Valve when the time comes since the price quoted was reasonable and the recent services rendered by Sean was highly professional and deserved a 10 rating!
