Brian Macrory is the professional plumber who came to my house for the cleaning kitchen sink. He seems to be confident and knowledgeable, who understood the problem looking at the first sight. He recommended to have snaking done to the sink. He was explanatory in his entire procedure, which helped me understand the do's and dont's in the future. I would recommend him to the others as an excellent plumber, I have eber met.

Sean C from Mr.Rooter came exactly on time and reviewed the area. The plumbing in the kitchen turned out not to be fully up to code (no surprise to me given other projects I had completed in the house) so this - in addition to the removal of the garbage - was quoted. Sean did a terrific job of walking me through everything that was required and why and was extremely patient with me; answering all of my questions. I agreed to the quote and he immediately started and completed the entire job. He did a terrific job and I will be asking for him specifically the next time I call Mr.Rooter for my next project.

I had a clogged toilet and Marc Resendes from Mr. Rooter was the technician who came over. He was very professional and friendly. He snaked the toilet and used the camera to inspect the main sewer line (which he explained what he was doing the whole time). He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave any mess around.

I contacted Mr. Rooter for some ongoing issues I had been having with my kitchen sink. Despite trying many solutions myself I couldn't fix the issue. Marc Resendes attended very quickly and was very polite, helpful and explained everything in detailed. I haven't had any issues since.
