I have used Mr. Rooter's services in the past and have always been very pleased with their service. I had to replace my kitchen faucet as well as reconnect my kitchen drain. Sean was the plumber that came to my home and he did a fantastic job! He was on time, wore his booties (over my recently upgraded floor) and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend using Mr. Rooter's services and know that I will be calling them again!

It started with my toilet being plugged. We tried to fix this ourself, but found it was more than we knew how to fix. Brian came was very polite,listened to the problem. He went and assessed the situation. I was quite impressed when he sat On the floor and tried to figure out the best way to fix the problem He explained the solution.He did an excellent job.....Chandra

We required a new toilet , Plumbing Tech Neil was able to get us a replacement and install it within 2 hours and found us a top of the line toilet on sale. Terrific service...

Removal of a kitchen faucet that was a tight fit with some challenges to remove support brackets and clcification of fittings. Tried to do it myself and gave up after 2 hours. In comes Mark De Melo from r Router to save the day. He was abble to remove old faucet withing 20 minutes and replaced with new once. He had some chllenges and gave me an update on his plan of attack to make sure I was aware and ok with him to proceed. Well done! He was alos a very courteous, pleasant and persnonableyoung man. thanks

I would use Mr Rooter again. I was given a 3 hour window to expect someone. I was called within an hour of arrival, to confirm that the technician was on his way. During the appointment, he was competent and friendly.
