Domenic from Mr. Rooter is an exceptional technician, punctual, does quality work, let me know the approx. price , always arrives on time, very knowlegable,and honest. He replaced an old laundry tub, leaking humidifier valve,leaking toilet flapper,to our satisfaction. He also replaced the old leaking main water shut off valve with a new 3/4" ball valve. A new cover plate was installed in the furnace room. He also installed an inside backwater valve. All areas were totally clean when he finished work. He did a marvellous job and explained everything ! We have used Dominic in the past and will continue to do so, and recommend him to friends. Patricia.

I called Mr. Rooter on Wednesday afternoon and was able to schedule the plumber I wanted and used before to come in for the Friday morning. Chris Ford arrived very promptly. As always he was very polite and pleasant. He also checked for the washing machine leakage and he was able to diagnose the problem right away and fix it. Since it was the special for the month, I also had a sewer inspection. Overall all my plumbing needs were met and I am as always very happy with the service. The work was done quickly efficiently and Chris left everything nice and clean.

I thought I only needed to have my toilet snaked and it ended up growing to a much bigger project. Thanks to Dominic for offering us possible solutions and keeping the costs down. He was also very professional and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Phenomenal - correctly diagnosed the problem (calcium buildup), replaced thermostat, replaced cartridge and stopped leaks ... whereas previous plumber wasn't able to fix it! He was honest, giving us all options to make an informed decision - and it was fixed in one day.

The service I received from Mr. Rooter was top notch. They responded immediately on the wknd and did the work outside in the rain! Their fees are all clearly outlined on an ipad which is helpful. I decided to purchase the lifetime membership for $99 which gives an additional discount as well as an annual inspection. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

I had a few plumbing items that needed attention and after reviewing HomeStars I contact two companies to review the work that needed to be done. Frank from Mr Rooter came out to review the work required and gave me a great explanation of the work that should be done. The pricing was well below the other companies quote and the work as he explained it was more realistic. After giving him the go ahead he worked efficiently and cleanly and went over and above expectations. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
