An efficient plumbing service that did the job that needed to be done in a professional and friendly manner. It was a moderate emergency and they showed up a few hours after I called so it made it much less stressful than to wait in the house without water.

Quick, friendly, efficient and reasonable service. Mr. Rooter was here within the hour and finished within one hour. No BS. Problem solved ! New pipe, soldering. Like new. Back To work!

We had problems with our septic tank and contacted several tank pumping companies and plumbers, none of whom responded helpfully. When we called Mr. Rooter, however, Mike and Chris came almost immediately, looked at the situation, and told us just what needed to be done. While the job proved to be rather complicated and expensive, requiring some subcontractors, Chris Cochrane and his team did precisely what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and in as neat and clean a fashion as possible. Chris in particular was most friendly and helpful. We would certainly not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter again if we have future plumbing or septic problems.

We've had Mr. Rooter come to our house a number of times and are always very happy with them. Today, Dominic came to install a new toilet. He was very friendly and did a great job.

We had a small, mysterious leak in the kitchen area, coming from upstairs. Plumbing technician Domenic Previte from Mr. Rooter came to our home, on time and with a smile. I had requested Domenic attend as I had dealt with him previously. He is patient and reassuring, and using his experience and intelligence he located the source of the leak and restored the waterproofing. He clearly explained what was happening, what needed to be done and then he took care of it. I have used Mr. Rooter previously and they have always taken care of my plumbing needs with professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with the plumber/technician that came to fix our toilet. His name is Chris Cochrane. He not only fixed the problem, but made it better. He was courteous, friendly and extremely comfortable to be around. After he was done, we mentioned that our bathroom sink drain has always been a little slow - so he helped fix that. After that, he then offered to do a full overview/inspection of all the plumbing in the house at no charge. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again if we have another plumbing problem - and hopefully we can request Chris be the visiting tech.

On May 26 2015 I had Alex MacEwen come in to my condo to see if my master ensuite caused a leak for a unit below mine. Alex arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. Alex greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. He understood my concerns and guided me through this process. Alex was very educated and thorough. He examined my unit as well as the unit below. He ran multiple tests to determine if my unit was at fault. Alex was kind and playful to my curious 3 year old. Never have used Mr.Rooter before. Alex made such a lasting impression and I would highly recommend Alex for the job!! Thank you Alex for a job well done :)

I would have no hesitation recommending Mr. Rooter. They sent Brian, who turned up on time and provided me upfront, the estimate for fixing our leaking toilet and installing a faucet that I had bought for our kitchen. The workmanship was excellant.

Prompt and accurate analysis by Chris Ford and rapid repair of problem. Also helped with another annoying plumbing issue. Polite demeanour and more than reasonable pricing. Chris is on our call list at Mr. Rooter. We recommend you also buy a valued customer protection plan as we did some years ago on a lifetime basic. A good bargain in retrospect!

Visit and repairs done with ease and courtesy. I actually enjoyed the time spent with Chris Ford - who knew? I'm a new fan!! Will call them in the future if needed.
