We had a leaking shower and called Mr Rooter. They were accommodating an knowledgeable. Chris Ford came to our home was wonderful to deal with, offering explanation and cost prior to any work. Though we couldn't get it fixed on the first visit we were offered options and cost savings. We would use this service again.

So our water heater had some issues and busted our water pump. Mr. Rooter (Chris Ford) came out immediately and was able to supply the pump and fixed a slew of other issues that were being caused by the the faulty water heater. He even made some adjustments on our water supply on our current system that made the missus extremely happy. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about Chris and the team at Mr. Rooter. If I ever have any further plumbing issue, I wouldn't hesitate to call Chris in again.

Chris Ford visited us to provide an estimate for installation of a new outdoor hose tap. Chris was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and what needed to be fixed. Shower faucet wouldn't turn on for some reason. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out the same day for service. The technician was Mark De Melo, he was friendly and helpful. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He even went to home depot to try and get a part needed, but it was not in stock. He fixed the problem, and now it works! Thank you for your help!

He ran a series of tests and gave us three quotes (snaking, pipe repair, and hydro scrub). Due to the cramped space, he was unable to use his snake, so we decided to try snaking ourselves and chose not to proceed initially. As advertised, the estimate was free. Our efforts were unsuccessful. Six months later we called Mr. Rooter back and once again they dispatched Mike S, this time within 24 hours. He honoured his original quote for pipe repair and fixed up the drain in a few hours. He explained why the pipe was clogging up (too many 90 degree turns), and how his reconfiguration would fix the issue (much straighter). In addition, he installed removable fittings to allow for future cleaning without requiring professional service.
