Alex MacEwen came to our place, it was a relief to see how fast he arrived, he came to service our drain and plumbing. Service was amazing, and he was very courteous. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family if anything came up

Three days ago, I noticed some small amount of back up water coming from our main drain in the basement. Every day it seemed to be getting a little worse every time we used water anywhere in the house (shower, sink, dishwasher, toilets, etc.) Fearing a major clog was building that could flood our entire finished basement, I called Mr. Rooter after researching them on line to see the public's reaction to the quality of work and service satisfaction they have delivered in the past. We were happy with what we saw and we felt we had the right place. We were able to get a quick appointment in less than 40 hours (24 hours of that was a holiday anyway) so this was great as we thought we would have to wait a while. "John", the Mr. Rooter service rep arrived right on time at about 9:00am today Apr 4/15 and after a very professional set up and work effort, he was able to clear the line which seemed to be blocked just at the end of where our drain empties into the city line. He used just over 75 feet of rooting cable to finally clear the blockage which puts the block in our view, by that city line area. He was very professional, courteous and helpful to answer our questions about good drainage practices for the future. Recommended that we use their Mr. Rooter (environmentally friendly drain cleaner called BioChoiceES) monthly in our drains to keep pipes flowing well. We purchased a bottle from him to keep things in good order going forward. We were very satisfied with his service and left our house clean from the work that he did for us. We are very pleased and want to thank Mr. Rooter (and of course John) for offering such a professional service to their customers. You turned a possible disaster in to a pleasant outcome......Thanks!We will have no hesitation in using Mr. Rooter again (or recommending them) if we run into any more plumbing problems. I have used MR Rooter for 18 years and have found their technicians to be very professional and efficient. They always arrive on time and are very polite. Alex MacEwan worked today on clearing my shower drain. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He was great to work with..

We had a valve break a week before my house sale closed. Mr. Rooter came immediately and replaced the valve. They were super polite and clearly highly skilled. We all fumbled through the new tablet payment system... but we got there. Thanks guys.

Needed new dishwasher installed, sink hooked up, faucet, and waterline to fridge. They were able to get someone over right away I didn't have to wait for an appointment. Chris Ford was friendly and helpful. Job well done!

Robert from mr. Rooter came to help us fix a clogged pipe. He was excellent. He worked hard and resolved the issue without having to resort to a costly pipe replacement job. We had building supplies dropped down the drain that were clogging up the entire system and he made sure to get everything out and that the problem was completely resolved. If you need a plumber in brampton/Mississauga area mr.rooter is highly recommended.

Frank did an awesome job. He was very friendly and informative. Left the work site tidy and clean. I would highly recommend this hard working individual. You won't be disappointed.

I could not believe how polite they were on the phone and gave me a fair range of hours to wait but came within a few hours and so efficient , so fair , got right to work and explained everything to make me understand what happenned . I used Mr. Rooter today to deal with kitchen drain line clogging and was delighted for their absolutely first class service. When I called their number found at Homestars.com late last night, the friendly lady took my number and a few minutes later another lady (Lorri?) called back to schedule a technician visit. Both ladies were so nice and professional which left me with a good first impression. Today Lorri called to inform me that technician was on his way. Sure enough Mr. Greg Wilson rang the bell 10 minutes later. After some basic inspection, Greg offered free camera inspection to see the problem in the main drain that is buried under basement concrete, but the camera could not go in due to grease clogging. I felt the seriousness of the problem. Greg believed that the expensive high pressure water jetting would be required. Two years ago I rented snaking equipment from Home Depot to clean the drain line and now it was completely blocked again. So I agreed to have water jetting done as soon as possible. To allow us to use the kitchen sink in the meantime, Greg used the snake to open a hole after which he put the camera in to see the situation. Surprisingly the powerful snake, with a much bigger head than Home Depot’s, had cleaned the pipe pretty well. I asked if the water jetting would still be needed which by then had already been booked at their office with my approval for Monday. But Greg said it was not as bad as he original thought and he would cancel the booking. I am very much impressed by Greg’s honesty. He just does not do unnecessary work even it means lost business. To be fair, their rate is not cheap. But I feel that their first class service deserves the highest rate in their sector. My wife has put Greg’s business card in the safe for future use.
