The mixing valve attached to our water heater needed to be replaced. I called Mr. Rooter and was pleased with the service I received and the quick appointment that was booked. Chris Ford did the necessary work and fixed our problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained what work needed to be done. He noticed another problem and fixed that as well. I am pleased I found Mr. Rooter and will happily use their services if needed in the future. Kudos as well to Chris Ford for his expertise!

MIKE AND KEN were excellent, friendly and helpful. Even the ladies on the phone were some of the most polite I ever dealt with. It cost a lot, I wont deny it, but I understood everything before agreeing to it. This company will be the first I call from here on in. They even gave me a small gift for my daughter.

Waqas came today to replace a very old toilet and to inspect the plumbing connected with it. He is an extremely nice person, offers helpful advice, and does an excellent job. I will definitely be asking for him for any future plumbing jobs I am faced with.
