Mr.Chris Ford arrived on scheduled to assess the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate that was agreed to prior to starting. He very courteous and professional in describing everything to me and completed everything to my full satisfaction, including some other minor repairs without adding to the bill. I am fully satisfied with my experience with Mr. Rooter and have no reservations with recommending them.

Although it took a few days to get someone when I had frozen pipes, Brian M was very friendly. The issues solved itself but prices were cheaper than other companies, by a few hundred dollars for services such as de-freezing pipes and winter needs. The membership seems like a good program to help future issues.

Christopher Cochrane is an excellent licensed plumber. We had minor flooding in the basement caused by a cracked pipe. Chris Chochrane came in quickly, fixed it completely, all with a smile and a professional touch. Thank you Chris Cochrane!

I have to say the Brian M was one of the best service people we've had in years. Our son dropped soap in the toilet and clogged it. Within less than an hour Mr. Rooter was there. The work was diligent and professional. Brian M. solved the problem and came back to to follow up the next day to make sure there were no additional problems.

Rick did an amazing job today fixing broken pipes in the master bedroom washroom, my house of course had mild flooding but he came to the rescue. He's great and I recommend him and his services to everyone

had repeatedly tried to unblock the toilet for two weeks using plunger and coat hanger but with no luck.. Brian was curteous friendly professional and expained clearly what the issue was.. He removed the bowl and tank from the floor to find the obstruction.

Had a leaking kitchen faucet that needed replacing, called Mr. Rooter and within a few hours they had sent a technician over. When Brian arrived he was clear about what had to be done, the cost of the work involved and answered any questions I had. The new faucet looks great and I would definitely recommend Brian and Mr. Rooter.

Had a clog below basement level in a 50-yr-old house (connection from drain to sewer main is not ideal). The plumber arrived within 2h of our call, and gave the option of either snaking it out (quick fix until we redo the basement properly... we chose this route) or busting up the floor and fixing it now. Had to do some improv as the sub-floor situation became more clear during the job, but we sorted it out. Excellent work (and that's from someone who's related to a plumber)!

I had a problem with a leaking shower valve. Chris Cochrane came in and immediately recognized the problem. He was very professional and explained everything clearly, saying that he had just worked on the same problem the day before. He quoted a price before starting the work and was done in about an hour.
