We used Mr. Rooter at our previous home and when we noticed our basement toilet flow was extremely slow, we call Mr. Rooter again. Chris Ford came out and explained the options available to us to troubleshoot the problem. He was very friendly, courteous and detailed. Answered all our questions with much detail and went through step by step. Our problem ended up being a greater issue. We were lucky as our slow flow was a sign of old clay pipes with a lot of tree root growth. The service call was a long one but Chris cut the roots and got us "flowing" again. Again he went over the options with us. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and Chris Ford to any of our friends and family. We were treated kindly and respectfully. The service and technical knowledge was top notch by Mr. Rooter staff from our first call to Chris Ford's skills on sight. Thank you.

This is the second time I've called this Mr. Rooter to diagnose a water leak problem I've had. Both times the plumbers (first time Greg came, second time Frank F. came) were incredibly punctual, professional, and friendly. Booking them to come is incredibly easy and when they were here they both were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend and call upon this service again.

Awesome company with really honest people working for them. Mark arrived on time ...pleasant and friendly.... I had a frozen pipe issue...not only did they come on a Sunday but would not charge me for the call and he gave me hints to prevent this from happening again...where do you ever find companies like this in today's world!? Will always call MR Rooter for any future plumbing issues!!

I had an issue where whenever I used my kitchen sink, water would back up into my laundry sink. It's an older home built in the 1950s, and I only moved into it last year. The laundry sink drain was always a little on the slow side, but this week it was exceptionally slow, taking over an hour just to drain half the tub. I called Mr Rooter on wednesday and they sent me Frank on friday. He was polite, explained everything to me, and efficient. My drain was unblocked and running like new in just over an hour. I would definitely use Mr Rooter again, and highly recommend it!

Our hot water heater was leaking. Called local Mr. Rooter and they sent licensed gas fitter/plumber, Chris Ford, to assess problem. He explained options and related costs well. Since our heater was 14 years old, it seemed to make sense to replace rather than repair. Within 4-5 hours he and his helper, Adam, had a new hot water installed to our complete satisfaction. They were both very helpful, respectful and professional. Feel confident that the job was competently completed and do not anticipate any problems with the installation.

On Jan 13/15 I had Waqas Ahmad come in to replace my kitchen faucet. He explained everything in detail to me. He was very nice & friendly. The job was perfectly and i couldn't be more then happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing to family & friends. Congrats on a job well done!!

Domenic came on time early morning after we realized the pipe is broken in bathroom. It was great to have him at our house. He did a very high quality job, He was tirless and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He kept me informed throughout the process bringing everything of significance to my attention so we could jointly agree on the work plan as surprizes were uncovered. He was a true professional, clean, hard working and honest. I would recommend him and Mr. Rooter Mississauga in a heart beat for any of your home plumbing needs.

Scope of work: Saddle valve supplying water to my humidifier in the furnace room was leaking and had to be replaced. Very satisfied with the speed and quality of work. Deron arrived at my house on-time, he was very friendly and explained thoroughly what he was going to do. He provided a quote on the spot and got on with the job once I agreed with with price.
